We have used Dr. Porter for over 14 years. When we first moved here my husband was using Dr. Porter and I had my young boys at a pediatric dentist. I went to my first appointment with Dr. Porter and the staff was so kind and helpful. Dr. Porter took the time to talk to me, look over my records and answer any questions I had. I moved my boys over to him that day. We couldn't be happier. I've referred several people to him over the years. He gives the best numbing shots you'll ever get!

I came in really scared and nervous. They pulled a tooth and they were absolutely amazing. They were very comforting and made sure i was okay throughout the whole thing. Y'all!! This is seriously the best dental office around!! I had an absolute nightmare of a dentist before I found them and I told them all about my last experience at my previous dentist. From there they took amazing care of me and made sure that my experience here was amazing!! I had 6 crowns put in at once and I never felt a thing even with all the grinding they had to do!! ❤️ I just got my permanent crowns put in and they are absolutely beautiful!! Thank y'all so much for helping me get my smile back!! I am forever grateful!!

Growing up I did everything I could to avoid the dentist. Decided I would give Dr. Porter a shot. After that trip, I made the decision I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Porter is an amazing dentist. The hygienists are excellent. The front desk makes you feel welcome. The whole staff is outstanding! Best decision you’ll make!

Porters was/is by far the best dentist I’ve been too. Wouldn’t prefer any other place working on my mouth. The staff there are super friendly and they just make everyone feel welcomed.
Definitely would recommend going and seeing them.

Stephanie is the best dental hygienist ever. There was a time that I had severe anxiety going to the dentist for just a cleaning. Once I started with Stephanie at Porter Dental, my anxiety disappeared. Dr. Lance is so kind and complimentary. I highly recommend Porter Dental. You won’t regret it.

Dr. Porter really knows his stuff. Very good chair side manner. I’m sure I’ll be back. My appt.was @ 10 a.m..I was in the dental chair @ 10:10. On my way home @ 10:40.

Such a Blessing!!! Dr. Porter and his team are the absolute best dental clinic in Hot Springs. I am so proud of the work Dr. Lance has done on my teeth. I feel so much better and the look is 1 thousand percent better. The entire experience with Dr. Porter and his staff is pleasant and that is something when we are talking about dental care. I don't feel his shots and have never had an one issue with any of my dental work. I cannot say enough about his staff. You are greeted with a warm smile and a lovely and cozy reception area, which you don't get to enjoy very long because they are so good at scheduling you have no wait time. My 6 year old goes here after a pretty traumatic experience with a pediatric dentist and he is so calm and comfortable with Dr. Porter and his staff. He loves it! I am put at ease knowing that my child has a dentist who cares and knows what he is doing. When I first called Dr. Porter's office it was over a weekend and I left a message and he quickly called me back and talked me through all of my concerns and I quickly decided to switch my child to him and he took care of the mess another dentist left in my childs mouth without traumatizing him any more. My son loves going and says that everyone is so nice and that Dr. Porter is funny. I will be switching all of my children to him as soon as they are old enough!
