Dr. William Netzley, DDS and staff are amazing! They have provided excellent service for years as he's been our family dentist since I was little and we are still patients. I always feel safe, like he and his staff listen to my concerns and take the time to explain what they are doing. They are consistent in service, demeanor, in providing preventative education and in the comforting atmosphere they provide. Everyone is friendly, helpful and always accommodating. Dr. Netzley and his staff are absolutely fabulous! I have a tooth that has had multiple crowns over the years. The first couple were porcelain, and they cracked fairly quickly. (During that time, I started grinding my teeth, but thought it was due to stress.) The dentists (there were 2 over this period of time) could not believe that I had cracked my crowns. Eventually, I insisted on gold. That crown lasted about 4 years, then I noticed a spot. I decided to try Dr. Netzley's office (thanks to a recommendation by a co-worker) and Dr. Netzley confirmed that I had ground through the gold and created a hole in my crown. Dr. Netzley replaced the crown with another gold crown and took the time to make absolutely sure that no edges were rubbing against any of my other teeth. Amazingly, I have STOPPED GRINDING! It turns out that my prior dentists never took the time to be sure that the crowns fit properly and my teeth were rubbing just enough that my body tried to make it work by grinding. Now that Dr. Netzley took the time to really listen to me and to make sure that everything fit well, I have NO issues! I used to wake up at night with horrible jaw pain and felt like my teeth were cracking. I have not had an issue since my new crown over six months ago. I cannot thank Dr. Netzley enough. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

My previous dentist in SF misinformed & overcharged me. Thankfully, my good friend had recommended this dentist office to me! From start to finish was a wonderful experience(projected costs before appointment, sent multiple appointment reminders, upfront & thoroughly went over my wants/needs, uses up to date technology, pain-free service & even has beautiful art all around the office)! The staff was extremely professional & sweet! Although, it was quite a trip to get down to Fresno, I would gladly go back!
