If you’re at all scared by dental work, go here. Staff is very understanding, friendly, and they have many treatment options for the scaredy cat. I recently had a crown put in and was so sedated I don’t remember anything. It really put my mind at ease!

Since i have been coming here, not once have i had any problems. With my root canal or the cleaning of my teeth. Everything has been perfect and done professional. The staff is very nice and helpful.
And most of all Dr. William M. Netzley does a professional job with any procedures that he does. And the staff as well. Including the girl that handles the cleaning of my teeth.
My Two Cents
Dr. Netzley is hard of hearing, but a great listener! He respects one's choice in treatment options without judgement. He is gentle and LOVES being a dentist and it shows! He uses ozone water to keep one as bacteria free as possible. His staff is kind, sweet and passionate about what they do. No pain experienced and a feeling of utmost respect from the whole team!

Another great visit with Dr Netzley and his staff today. Thank you!! Life has been wonderful since having Dr Netzley as my dentist. When I first came to his office, I was already wearing a denture on the bottom, and a partial on the top. Neither one of them fit very good, and were worn down, so he made a new set for me and they fit so much better. After a few years, I was tired of the bottom denture clicking with my upper teeth while talking, and having to leave the table to rinse food crumbs from the under side of the dentures. Dr Netzley and I discussed the newest system of putting posts in the gum to hold the denture in place. He referred me to a dentist that specialized in putting the posts into my gum. I had to wait for these posts to heal, and then Dr Netzley and his staff got me fitted for my new denture and partial. I have been be so blessed with being able to sit through a meal without having to rinse my mouth so I could continue to chew. With the post holding the dentures, food does not get in-between the denture and gum while eating. I can even enjoy eating corn on the cob
once again without loosing my denture!! Life is great!! Thank you Dr Netzley!!

Dr. Netzley is the best dentist to have. He is very professional . He KNOWS what he is doing! I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and it doesn't even bother me when I'm in his chair, even when getting a root canal treatment! He has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to. He has helped me and he can help you. His team is AWESOME! They work together well and with Dr Netzlry with great passion for their job.

I'm going to be honest, all the staff were very sweet and understanding. The dental hygienist was also sweet and understanding. She was very gentle while doing the cleanings, but I can't say the same for the doctor. He was harsh and honestly sloppy with his work (I have to get 3 out of the 4 fillings replaced. 1 out of the 4 being the 3rd time!) And the amount of pain I went through from his sloppy work! I am so angry! Dr Netzley was also at times very rude, and he didn't seem to know if his words would hurt you or not. He also came up with these harsh analogies. He is old, and doesn't hear well. Dr netzley also said I had 9 cavities, but I went to another doctor and she said i only have 2 stains (which aren't complete cavities).
This is what I experience. 2 other people in my family experienced poor experiences as well. I'm giving him 1 star, because his total of 5 stars is inaccurate. All the story's I could tell of my experiences there

And this is my response to the owners reply; My name is Bridget Tapia, I was a patient ... he called me a baby cow, remember? He did write an apology letter tho, I appreciated that but that was NOT ok. He needs to retire, he is a narcissist prideful person.

I've been with this Dentist office since I was the age of 6, I've had only the best care and well efficient staffing help me get the beautiful teeth that I have today. Dr. Netzley has never failed me when it comes to his sense of humor, his always cracking a joke when i'm getting my teeth filled, but in a professional way. His amazing photograph on walls are all shot by him which is impressive and is always a sight to see when I walk into his office. His care and continuous speed and efficiency while also doing a craftsmanship job has always made me trust Dr. Netzley. 5/5 recommend this Dentist.

Dr. Netzley and his staff are the best! Everyone in the office is super friendly, professional and provide the best care. I would recommend his office for anyone who has a dental phobia or gets anxious at the dentist. There's no need to worry about a thing at Dr. Netzley's!
