If i read the comment from this guy Dan I will not go for sure they charge me over 1000$ this place they just need your money never care about your health.... trust me I have bill with me and charge me more than 2000$ to my insurance company and I need to pay from my pocket over 1000$ without telling me....it was terrible......they are thief ...: you guy before go there please read bellow message it happend to me too.
So I read all the reviews on Yelp and decided to give Orange Village Dentistry a visit. They have a special, for $59.00 dollars they give you an exam, X-rays and a cleaning. What did I have to lose!
The office was nice, clean and they seemed to have the latest technology. I was greeted professionally and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for my name to be called for the X-rays to begin. The gentlemen that performed the X-rays was very nice.
Next was the Exam. I had not been to a dentist for awhile (1 year) due to insurance. I was treated and advised that I needed a root canal and an extensive cleaning ($1000). After the exam and X-ray, the financial person came into the room and gave me an estimate of costs. ($2,000).
I told them I would have to talk to my wife about the money and left the office, never to return.
Here's the issue:
1. Shortly after the office visit, I received a letter from my insurance company stating that they paid over $500 and that I owe over $100.00. What happened to the $59.00 visit?
2. My insurance has pre-negotiated pricing for Root Canals, crowns etc. The quote I received was well over the pre-negotiated pricing!
My experience is that this place is too expensive and charges you without discussing the costs upfront. I now have used over $500.00 of my dental insurance for nothing!
Don't go to Orange Village Dentistry!
