A cleaning and three crowns for me!. I felt no pain at all.. and the dentist Dr. HENRY Nguyen was so good and gentle. MARIA was super great, patient, and helpful durring the whole financing/insurance process as we hit so many snags. Oriana was super nice and helpful while I was scheduling AND running sooo late... Mariana as the dental assistant did such a great job! The dental hygienist was soo great and walked me through the whole process as it was happening. I am impressed. I am always a little apprehensive when it comes to dentists.. because I never have had a good experience. They seriously made my visit a more than comfortable. They provided me blankets for Nillz and I, they had toys and cartoons on for her, they even brought her a HAPPY MEAL FROM MCDONALDS cuz we were there for a while and still had more time there. This is the best dental office to go to by far! They have a patient for life in me and in Nillz. Nillz even loved the dental assistant Mariana. Such a patient and compassionate bunch. My smile is in good hands here. Thank you so much dental team!

I will definitely be looking for another Dentist for my daughter. Twice so far my daughters appointment has been at 4pm. both times they didnt START work until 5pm. We have gone in both times ONLY for a regular 6 month cleaning.

These guys are the real deal- they seem to genuinely care about the health and well being of their clients. I had a great experience as did my wife. Everything is explained clearly in great detail, and no treatments pushed. Stoked to see there are still establishments devoted to their customers and not their bottom line.

When I arrived, I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone came to check me in. When the tech, hygienist, or dentist have been in the room with me, they have been efficient in their work. However, they leave and don’t come back in between their respective tasks, and as a consequence, I am going on 3 hours on a routine cleaning appt. Had to go speak with the receptionist to find out where everyone had gone for the last 20 min. What’s worse is that it was a 8:30am appt, which would lead me to believe this isn’t an issue of getting behind in the schedule but over booking.

I was referred here by the Fullerton Dental Group for a possible exposed root. Was grateful for the same day service, and the friendly greeting when I walked in. The dentist looked at my X-ray, and said he felt that I either had a fractured root, or needed a root canal. They said I needed to see a specialist in Costa Mesa. I had already been to Fullerton, but was in pain and wanted this resolved. The specialist said that if I needed an extraction, to come back and he would take care of the issue same day. I went to their Costa Mesa office and came back for the extraction (I had gone from office to office since 11 am, it was now 4:30). The receptionist at the front desk said the extraction was $25, but I would also need a bone graft (never mentioned at the previous appointment earlier that day). The additional cost would be $938 plus $25 for extraction. I said that was really expensive, and she excused herself to talk to the office manager. She came back and said $638 plus $25. How can the price be so drastically changed, and still get the same quality work? I debated because I had spent an entire day in pain, but I was skeptical, because their Fullerton Office is notorious for charging extra for $200 deep cleaning (every 6 month visit), cavities unable to be seen in xrays, only with visual check, etc. I have great insurance and wasn’t sure why this wasn’t covered if it was necessary. I said this was still too expensive, and was told you can make payments, or find another dentist. I was taken by surprise, but am taking her up on her offer. I called and found a new dentist.

DO NOT use this dentist. Went in to replace 2 of my crowns. They suggested to go with CEREC which they can do on site and its the most expensive and insurance only covers very little. Since Covid I decided to do it since want to get it done in 1 day and not have to return. The following week I told the Dr Nguyen that when I am drinking liquid it hurts and feel sensitive. They had me keep coming back each week and this week its the 4th time that I had to go back and to my surprise, when I went for my 4th appointment they were closed on a Tuesday at 12noon (my appointment time). Paid over $2100+ and this is kind of work they did. STAY AWAY from this place. BIG RIP OFF and very bad service and work !!!

I have grown to trust this dentistry than any other place. I have not been let down by staff nor the DDS. There is no wait time and I get scheduled in asap
