My son had an appointment for 10:30 A.M. We were not seen until 12:05 P.M.. It was ridiculous. Then when my son's name was finally called they said they couldn't do the root canal at this visit. We would have to schedule an appointment for that. I was furious. No, thank you.. To wait for a hour and half in the waiting room to be see again. When I complained the staff really didn't seem to care.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SEQUOIA DENTAL AGAIN !!!!!!
