Overall service is great. Went in for fast braces and cleaning. Cleaning is exceptional and my gums are nice and healthy.

I have been a patient with Sequoia dental for over 10 years. I would like to point out first of all all the staff members are terrific . They are kind and friendly and always ask if you're in pain while working on your teeth. But in this particular day I had my teeth clean. Her name is Brittany . Once again she was polite, nice, and always asking are you doing okay? To me, that shows she cares about her patients. I highly recommend Sequoia dental to others. It's very hard to find a good dentist and staff members.

One of the if not the most welcoming staff. Very clean office space, the staff and Doctors went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I had a bit of anxiety when entering the office but that quickly went away as the staff exceed my needs and expectations. Would highly recommend referring my friends and family to this office.

The Dentist I had, Dr. Vinh Bui was great at explaining what he was doing during my root canal, since I was scared. I brought to his attention that I'm allergic to latex, yet he used it. I was too afraid to say anything, but he and the Dental assistant acknowledged it. The assistant change her gloves and gave him some to change out, which he did the first time while administering the anesthetic. Once he came back, the dental assistant was the only one who had non-latex gloves, but not the Doctor. I have hives on my chin and my mouth is inflamed. Also, when I had my exam on the 11th I was told I would be able to get a doctor's excuse for a few days for my procedure. This particular doctor, Dr. Mirosl Stanic, told me, "Since your job requires you to primarily speak, you're not going to want to talk for a few days to make sure you recover in good time. You'll most likely be given 2-3 days off for recovery." Then when mentioned to the dentist, Dr. Bui, who performed my root canal he said, "Oh okay, well everyone is different. You're going to be in pain for a few days which is normal. We can get you an excuse when we finish here. Do you work today? The numbing won't go away for a few hours." Then at the end of my procedure they only gave me an excuse for today only and refused to give me more although they claimed I would be in pain, which I am. I paid for a crown to be done, but I don't think I'll ever come back after that gets done. I'm not the type to look for an excuse for days off, but my literal job is customer service on the phone. It is painful to speak, and I have nothing that proves by the dentist that I'll be in pain for a few days. I forgot to mention that they gave me no take home stuff for recovery. I had to Google what I needed to do while I recover. Like, what to eat, how to take care of my teeth for the time being and if I can brush them. Like I've mentioned above, I am afraid of the dentist and I said that verbally. It was as if they felt like once my procedure was done, I was supposed to be comfortable all of a sudden? I am not. Yet, I had no after care instructions or anything else that might help a terrified patient. How appalling.

Just wondering if the hygienist that cleaned my teeth this past week was new to her profession because she sure seemed to lack confidence or fearful of hurting me as she scraped my teeth...

I was is bad pain i felt like I was dying lol no joke! I was looking for a sooner appointment, so I search for a dentist and came across sequoia Dental: said they would schedule appointment Same day you call, so I did and yes they schedule me in that same day. I needed a root canal done and same day my procedure was done pain free . I get really nervous every time I go to a dentist office 😝 but omg I literally felt nothing at all. Very nice office and good staff and of course Dr. Bui he made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok the entire procedure I would highly recommend this office! Thank you Dr Bui good work!!!!!!

Great service. Rarely ever wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Can't say that about a lot of medical appointments. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Dr.Stanic is the #1 dentist in Visalia.

I really recommend this dental office! I must express my gratitude for the excellent service I receive with my hygienist, Jennifer Cox. She thoroughly cleans my teeth every time! She is very informative and really cares about the people that are placed in her chair. Feels great walking out knowing my teeth are so clean and healthy 😊
