I had an amazing experience! The front office staff greeted me immediately upon entering. The modern office was nice and clean. Dr. La Madrid was awesome! So nice and friendly, he explained each step and equipment and was so thorough! Alexa was wonderful too, very easy to talk too. I loved the "modern" equipment, panoramic X-rays and photos taken inside my mouth. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to The Springs Modern Dentistry!

Update 9-28-20: I needed a lot of work done since Covid. They have been great the entire time. They provided me with no cost dental care from a program they have. I felt loved, cared for and appreciate the above and beyond service here.

TLDR; Go elsewhere. They're in it for the $$.
At first I thought this place was great. I found them when I needed an emergency crown and used them for all my dental needs for several years afterwards. The staff was always friendly. I could always get an appointment when needed However, not too long ago I went in for an exam and came away with a recommendation for a few thousand dollars worth of dental work ( some of which was to repair an error made by the same dentist) I was shocked and given no alternative options.
Unfortunately, I also needed a deep cleaning and their hygienist couldn't see me for several months out. I had to go elsewhere to get my cleaning and also decided to seek a second opinion. My new dentist pointed out discrepancies in my transferred records. Some statements from one visit to the next, outright contradicted themselves. ( For instance, irreversible horizontal bone loss suddenly disappeared!??) My previous x-rays were of such poor quality the new place couldn't use them for diagnostic purposes, they comped me a new set. In the end, I found out much of the work I 'needed' wasn't necessary ( such as a root canal!) and only had to pay a third of what was originally quoted by SMD to get a couple of things done. Sorry, Springs Modern Dentistry, I'm breaking up with you!

Dr. Tran, an excellent endodontist, and his assistant, Julia; made my root canal a breeze. I was in the chair for less than an hour and now much less apprehensive now. Thank You! Dr. La Madrid and his assistant, Kathy, also did a great job forming a crown for my tooth. Thanks to dental team and Lindsey, the benefit coordinator. You "guys" are the best!

I like to start by saying what a wonderful staff this office has . From the front desk to the Dr. Which in my case was Dr Mcaneney.
It was my first time here and they treated me like if I was their patient already. The hygienist Aby was very educated and answered all my questions without any issues. Katy and Lindsey also made my experience a good one. I really recommend their office if you're new in town like in my case. I plan to comeback and continue my treatment in here.
