My wife and I have been part time residents in Crested Butte for over 20 yrs. and neither of us has had any need for dental care (far from our primary care on Long Island). But unfortunately this year, I had a need for an emergency dental visit, and fortunately CB Dental had the time to see me. We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful front desk crew, and a sensitive, caring set of assistants…who set a positive tone for what was to come…an emergency extraction with a bone graft. Dr. Dave came in, gave us his diagnosis *(it matched our home dentist’s diagnosis), and even conferred with our dentist over the phone and shared X-rays, (while I was in the chair). That immediately made me comfortable and confident that Dr.Dave would provide the type of quality care I get on Long Island. My wife is a Dental Hygienist of 45 yrs., and knows quality care…and she was quite impressed too. CB Dental has State of the Art equipment…and a staff that provides assurance, comfort and most importantly State of the Art care. As a reluctant dental patient (anywhere) I felt as confident and comfortable at this office as I do at any of the dental facilities I go to back east! While I would be much happier to have been running, riding or hiking out in the aspens, the Aspen-styled wallpaper( and “cool” music) helped me to relax while having my procedure. I am thankful for such wonderful work, care and follow ups by a great dentist, and top class assistants!!! CB should be thrilled to have such a professional Dental Office so close! Why travel to Gunnison or Montrose for dental work, when world class dentistry is just down the road in CB South!!!

Best dental care I have ever received, most advanced technology available anywhere. In little Crested Butte there is a gem, a dental practice devoted to the community with facilities rivaling any practice in New York or Los Angeles. My care consisted of a complete exam, a cavity filled, a new crown crafted in-house by a computerized scanner and an amazing CNC milling machine, and cosmetic teeth whitening. The best of the best.

Today was my fourth visit and I have been more than impressed. First of all when you schedule an appointment, you are seen at that time... this never has been my experience! No wait is an impressive thing to come by! Secondly, I have had bad dental experiences and have followed some bad advice. Here at Elk Ave Dental I have been treated with compassion, patience and more knowledge than I know what to do with. I actually know that I have found the dental care I need and highly recommend this dental practice! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! My husband said he got the best care at this facility and was very impressed with the latest technology and procedures. A special thanks to the staff for going out of there way to fit us in the next day. We were on vacation at the time staying in Gunnison when my husband was experiencing so much pain caused from an infection of a wisdom tooth. They made the over two hour extraction as comfortable as possible for it was a grueling extraction. This dental office is highly recommended!
