EXTREMELY rude, incompetent, unknowledgeable, unsympathetic,manager Patty was very unprofessional, she cackled, scoffed, and mocked me while I was explaining a verbal agreement from not one but two of her receptionists. I was told they would honor a refund on advanced payments and a certain de banding fee would be $200 which they would take out of my refund. Patty the very next day would not let me speak with that receptionist, telling me she was let go, but my husband was there looking right at her so obviously she was not let go. Patty in the beginning of the call tells me she can't sign a check or give a refund. In the middle of the call when I request someone who can make that decision, she tells me in a raised voice I made the decision not to give you a refund and you just don't like my decision! She also tells me the fee is not $200 it's $400! Literally from one day to the next I was told 200 ,now it's 400! When I explained to her what her receptionist had told me about honoring the refund and the fee she quoted me she continued to laugh and say her employees wouldn't have said that, but they did and contradicting herself by also telling me that her employee gave false information she was no longer with them, is what she told me later in the call. This woman had no idea what she was talking about nothing she said made sense, and instead of handling the call like a professional, mature adult, she cackled and hung up on me when I told her I was going to report them to the B.B.B. They also made the error of giving
my child an unauthorized cleaning, when she is not a patient of the dentist, just the orthodontist.
