Pueblo Dental

Went in for my scheduled appointment and my insurance wouldn't cover it. Didn't care about that at all but the antagonistic person at the front desk rambled on and on about stuff I didn't care about. Kept insinuating that everything is my fault when your office is the reason I was scheduled too soon in the first place. Kept making up stories like they told you that you would have to pay for everything, we left a message yesterday. I called back right after the missed call probably 20 to 30 minutes after at the most. Didn't listen to the message because they are usually all about confirming your appointment that was the only mistake I made. Even so, check your call log and you will see that I called back right after that and someone could have easily told me then. Stop blaming all the patients for your mistakes! Learn to take accountability for what you did. All I wanted to do was reschedule my appointment when the insurance would cover it. But, the lady at the front desk decided to lecture me about a bunch of nonsense. It's a little my fault for not listening to the message, but any one of us could have assumed the same thing. Just reschedule me and shut the hell up about how it's all my fault. Won't be back

I was seen right away as a new patient and taken care of with no pain. Very comfortable place to be in. As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist I am so relieved to of found this place.

This was my very first visit at Pueblo dental and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every single person I came in contact with was very courteous and kind, and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I already look forward to my next visit, thank you everyone at Pueblo dental, keep up the the great job you all do, I really appreciate everyone of you! Anyone out there coming across this review, you need to go and experience for yourself what it feels like to visit a top notch dentist and how professional and courteous everyone there is.

I’ve been going to this dentist office since Dr. Gary Graves owned it and never had issue with it until Dr. Hall took over. Don’t get me wrong, this is still a great dental office but they only have one hygienist and because of that I have to wait months to be seen and then I get canceled on. I changed my phone number and I gave it to them multiple times but for whatever reason they won’t save my new number and use that as an excuse on why they haven’t contacted me for a new appointment. I finally had my last straw with this office this morning when I called to see when I was supposed to get a new appointment and receptionist told me that they were booked out until OCTOBER!! I’ve been waiting to get seen since May but they had to cancel because the hygienist caught Covid and they never called me back because they neglected yet again to update my phone number. I’m sick of having to wait months on end to get seen and even then that doesn’t happen because they’re always canceling on me. I had told the receptionist that I was going to find a new dentist because this is ridiculous, she proceeded to make an appointment and put me on the “ASAP” list whatever that means but I wasn’t having it. I hung up and called Comfort Dental and I have an appointment to get seen NEXT WEEK, not in flipping October. I called back the receptionist and told her to cancel my appointment because I’m going somewhere else, she tried to get me stay by scheduling me this week *eye roll* NOW they want to see me now that I informed them I’m leaving their office. I told her no thank you because I have work at the time of the appointment and won’t be available until NEXT Thursday. I thought she canceled but then I got a call while I was working trying to get me in this Thursday. I told her again no thank you I’m going to go somewhere else because I am fed up with months at a time waiting and constant cancellations. This is heartbreaking because I’ve been at this dental office for 14 years and now I have to leave because their scheduling system sucks and they only have one flipping hygienist. I’m done with office. I usually recommend my friends/family to come here but I won’t be doing that anymore.

My wife had dental issue, nobody would see her because we had no dental insurance, they got her in, took care of the situation right away without an appointment! Fast easy, everyone was friendly, we'll be coming back. Happy Easter everyone!

Absolutely amazing staff and dentist. I am 33 weeks pregnant and they took every precaution and were gentle. I am also terrified of dental procedures but each and everyone of their staff members and Dr. Hall made me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, the best dental office I've been too!

Good experience my second time around. The consult was easy and Dr. Hall didn't press me into tooth removal without sedation just to make money. I wish they offered more than an anxiety pill for sedation so I could've had them out today but the new staff was very accommodating with my referral. They made my appointment quick,easy and painless. Would recommend to others.

Dr. Hall and staff are wonderful. Had a root canal painless and about an hour. I am very comfortable with all staff. Dr Hall very caring and gentle. If you need a dentist Pueblo Dental and braces should be your first choice. Dr. Hall does most services himself instead of sending you to someone else. Thank you so much for such great care and great pricing.

I recently had veneers done and they did an excellent job. I am so much more confident with my smile. The staff is super friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Oh and love the TV on the ceiling!!
One thing I must say is I wished they had some clear goggle-like glasses to cover your eyes. This would keep the splashing and stuff (lol) from going in your eyes. I would definitely refer friends and family to this dental practice!
