I scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter for the same time because of my busy schedule, they called me a couple of days before the appointment to come in early but I told them I could not come in early because I already have something planned and they said ok. To my surprise , on the day of the appointment when I arrived at the dentist, they had cancelled my appointment with the reason being that my hygienist left early because she was sick. Wow what a coincidence. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. What hurt most is am actually having problems with my teeth and they just canceled my because they just don’t care/

Dr. Mike is awesome! It’s been far too long since I’ve seen a dentist, so I had some issues to resolve. Dr. Mike and his team did a great job of explaining what my issues were and how to correct them. They explain every step along the way to make sure you understand what’s going on. Dr. Mike and team do everything they can to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They also take plenty of precautions for Covid, so you can feel safe getting your teeth checked out. Definitely would recommend!

Dr Mike has helped me several times now, with emergency tooth repairs before overseas business travel and most recently yesterday he fixed a tooth that had a bad root canal and crown that was giving me problems for 13 years no other dentist would do anything or even listen to me about but he did. He and his team are awesome and he is the best dentist I have ever experienced, and he is a great guy to boot, extremely nice and well mannered. The kind of person you would like as a neighbor and have over for barbecues and beer. Thank you Mike, thank you Linda my tooth feels better than it has in over a decade

Dr. Mike and his staff are without a doubt the best dental practice I have ever been at. I can truly say his shots are painless. He patiently waits for the pain killer to numb you in two shots to ensure the best application for the patient. Until I came here, I had never had such a pain free experience in a filling. Most offices are in such a hurry to get you in and out that the care for the patient is lost. He actually watches to see whether you need a filling rather than rush to do it. Good dentists are hard to find; you do not want to miss this one. It will be a sad day for his patients whenever he decides to retire.

Before Covid this place was great. The past year they’ve really gone downhill. Their office staff cant keep it together. Ive had multiple cancellations and they scheduled an appt without my knowledge and then charged me for not showing up. Dr. Mike Shlafstein refused to remove the charges after the situation was explained. The dental work is great but we will be looking elsewhere after my daughter gets her fillings done.

Kristie is an excellent hygienist. She talked me through everything since I had not been in a year and a half due to Covid. She offered to use a water system since I had a de ent amount of plague build up. It was so much better then a traditional cleaning. My teeth feel super clean! Her disposition was very lovely and comforting. And the facility is clean.
