The absolute worst dentist office I have ever dealt with!! Front office employees are extremely unprofessional!!!!! The receptionist is a young rude girl!! Feel sorry for the dentist because the representation of their front office is pitiful!! And they Lie to make excuses for their actions. Absolutely no customer service so glad that I found a dentist Who cares about his patient! If I could give them a zero no stars I would.

Dr. Shlafstein (really Dr. Mike) is professional, knowledgeable, embraces technology, and has a great sense of humor. Nancy, a dental hygienist in the office, is also friendly, competent, and efficient. I have been seeing both for approximately 15 years. Highly recommended!!!

First time here today in a few years of not going to the dentist: Nancy was amazing! She made me feel at ease, was quick and my teeth feel amazing. Dr. Shlafstein was also super personable and made me feel at ease. After less than an hour here, (super timely, as well, which is always a huge plus) I almost can't wait to go back! Dr. Mike is the best dentist I've ever had (and I had quite a few!). He is very caring and professional; he would go extra mile to deliver the best service and to explain everything that is being done. Two dentists I saw before insisted that my tooth was extracted but Dr. Mike performed state of the art treatments that saved my tooth (and money). If you are looking for a dentist go no further!
