Poor Customer Service Discrimination

The front desk is the worst and caters to getting the Hispanics patients in as they walk in. When I questioned it; I was informed that patients were called according to when they signed in (so what’s the point of an appointment) which was a lie because I saw many sign in and then be called. I always schedule my daughters appointment at 8 am and on 2 separate occasions had to wait at least an hour before being seen. The only male dentist in the back is always polite and has great customer service but a lot of those new dental assistants customer service skills are horrible. This will be my Childrens last visit to facility because at this point, I see who this facility caters to and when it’s obvious to my children that is a problem. There needs to be more diversity like it was when it opened but I’ll never know now.

Good Service Friendly Staff Covid Restrictions

It’s always a bit of a wait but dealing with all the Covid restrictions, I understand. Sharon on the ortho side is the best. She makes me feel comfortable every-time I’m in her chair. If we’re not talking about my bad habits of forgetting to floss πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ then we’re talking about our lovely families. The ortho doctor is also a joy. She’s very comforting and understanding which is always needed when having people work on your mouth. Cool staff.

Long Wait Time Unprofessional Staff

Keep your appointment slips because they will make you absent after you done sat for hours. Some of the staff is great others have attitude. They want you to be on time but take an hour for you to be seen, then when you run 5-10min late you get rescheduled.

Short Wait Time Friendly Staff Long Forms

First visit for Orthodontic appointment for my sons. Wait time was not long. Appointment went smoothly, nice staff. Information to fill out was very long but expected. Only Issue was the number of people scheduled for that day and time we were there.(crowded) highly recommended

The dental assistants, receptionist, and doctors have wonderful attitudes and are very polite but the wait time was arduous and painful. I spent almost 3 hours in the clinic on a visit that shouldn't have taken no more than 45 min to an hour to complete. If Spending hours upon hours in the clinic is how it's going to be every time we come, I don't think we will be going back to Adventure Dentist.

My kids dental appointments went well. However, due to a think she know it all staff member I rated it low. My youngest son was about to have his teeth cleaned and the hygienist that was going to clean his teeth had just left the area of another patient. I discretely asked her to change her gloves. She did with no hesitation. That's when a coworker of hers , whom I wasn't talking to, invited herself into the conversation and said she didn't do anything with the gloves. No one asked her anything. Then the coworker stood there in the treatment area and touched her hair and scratched the outside of her nose. I didn't get the coworkers name but she was a young blacks woman who spoke Spanish and wore a purple type nail polish. The hygienist was a very pleasant and patient Asian looking woman.
They say one bad apple can spoil the bunch and she sure did today.

Customer service at front desk need a little training. I've experience that there is no patient acknowledgment when you walk in. Waiting time was nice and fast. Service in the back is always pleasant. I strongly feel if your front desk was to improve there customer service skills you can easily get 5 stars. Thank you for your sevice.
