The orthodontist here is the worst after taking your money they’re very rude I’ve had braces before from Kirkland bristle and never have I ever received this type of service . 1 star is overrated if you ask me . I had my braces on since January and here it is November and all they’ve done was change my rubber bands 🤨 interesting 🤔 . Whenever I have a question it gets ignored and I’m giving attitude by ghetto uneducated staff. I was told today “I can transfer if I’m not satisfied with their service but to do so I’ll have to pay 3k “ 🤔 .

The experience was very bad. The doctor removed a tooth from my five years old unnecessarily. Adittiony He do not place an implant where the new tooth should come, and He don’t talk to me about the implants issue. I would like another doctor to contact me to have another medical opinion.

Went in with my daughter to see the orthodontist, the receptionist asked me for my insurance information so i handed her my Cigna card at the same time I kindly ask y’all don’t already have it on file and she gave me that look like if I had it it i would not have asked for it. So like 30 minutes later two receptionists call me back up asking do my daughter have Medicaid insurance and explain no I gave you my Cigna card and they said it’s not active and that’s when things went crazy. Ask to speak with the head doc but she was not hearing nothing I was saying. The place Is hood and the staff was cussing in front of kids while I was there.

Super slow! Do not come here for services. I literally wait 20-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see Orthodontist EVERY VISIT!! This has been ongoing for over a year! The staff seem to never care about the time management. This place is so ghetto! I wish I could transfer to another Ortho specialist but it costs a lot to transfer. I hate this place
Update. Appointment @ 8:15. Didn’t leave till 10AM. Appointment only consisted of photos and tightening. Super poor time management

I have had such a frustrating and highly irritating experience the last 3 times I brought my Daughter here.The wait alone is enough to walk out.We always arrive 20mims early and dont get called till 30 mins after her appt. time.We get to the back in the procedure room another 40mins WAITING! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
The dentist never know what they are suppose to be doing.First they had her come in for braces eval and all her adult teeth are not present.WASTE OF TIME! We schedule for extractions dentist didnt know what she was there for. Second day for extraction,another dentist dont know why she was here.I need for everyone to be on the same page.Look at the patient's chart before you proceed.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Everyone was great. Especially the front receptionist. I was a little confused what the dr was saying (language barrier/accent) but she slowly explained to me to get a better understanding. I think the doors should be closed in the exam room to ensure more privacy.

Good service but most of the time we have to wait more than 20 minutes. If is some delays is better to call patient asking them to be late. Parking area is getting difficult so better comunicaron also will help.

the wait is ALWAYS LONG whether it’s crowded or not, they always get me out of the chair fast but never in, misplace brackets so i can’t put my bands on then get upset when i say i wasn’t able to wear them... new staff is needed, quicker and more efficient ones
