Your ability to put me at ease and patiently work with all my fears has done wonders for my health and my self-esteem. As for the quality of work... mere words cannot express the masterful artistry you have done to make my teeth look like Mother Nature intended. That is to say, they look more real than real, if that's even possible. You are an artist, and that cannot be taught in dental schools which merely teach the mechanics. Front office staff was friendly and the assistants were knowledgeable and friendly. However the appointment took 3 hours and the dentist was abrupt and not really open to listening. Very disappointed in the appointment.

I made the appointment they didn't even take a look at my teeth after the slew of paperwork a woman says $11,000 to $15,000 for removal and dentures you should tell people the price before they spend a hand doing all the paperwork by your ads you care about people's health and there teeth you only care about the almighty buck I just want to smile again

I'm upset that I was told I had to do the $80 panoramic x-ray after saying that I didn't want to or would rather send my old x-ray. I just spoke with my boyfriend who goes here and he said they didn't make him do it when he said he didn't want to. When going over my x-rays with me, they didn't reference them once. They only used the bite-wing images (that are covered by my insurance). Currently a college student and made it clear that I was concerned with pricing. Was told that approximately 70% of the costs would be covered, aside from the panoramic x-ray. I was reimbursed less than a third of what I paid at the end of my appointment. They also charged me for a service that I did not receive. Thankfully I remembered to ask about it before I left and they quickly brought me to a room and fulfilled the service in a rushed manner. My mom called to complain and they yelled and hung up on her.

Be aware that a 'free consultation' is not with a dentist. The consult does not include a look in your mouth by the dentist with a discussion on what you want / should do. The free consult is with a dental assistant who takes you into a plush room and asks you questions. I was given a quote because what I wanted to do was pretty straightforward. HOWEVER I wanted to see the DENTIST to ask for options not a dental assistant who is pitching you.
And get this, they are lying about X-rays, as I have found are other offices in our area. I was told IT WAS THE LAW to have X-rays every year! By this office and another one in Alachua. I called the Florida board of dentistry and that is completely FALSE. There is a 'standard of care' NOT LAW and it is at the discretion of the dentist. But they don't say that. They say it's law.
This office will also insist that you come every 3 to 4 months for cleaning. That's a big expense! Annually is typical.
The staff were very kind people, it's not the fault of the employees. But the practice of offering 'free consults' only to NOT SEE THE DENTIST is deceptive as is the lie about X-rays.

We spent a lot of time researching dentists for some cosmetic work and decided to try Exceptional Dentistry based upon our first consultation with them. Of all the dentist we interviewed, they were the most professional and genuinely cared for our needs and overcame our concerns. They have installed veneers in both of us and maintained our dental health ever since. We even started taking our teenagers to them for general dentistry.
