These folks are exceptional. From the time I walked through the door I felt so much care and comfort. I have extreme anxiety, particularly about the dentist, and to be honest, my mouth is in rough shape. They didn't judge, were so kind and made me feel like I could make any choice I felt comfortable with. I can't wait to be their permanent patient!

No matter who I see when I go in there, they are extremely nice and helpful amd.always friendly. All the assistants talk and make you feel comfortable and the dentists are unbelievably good and patient and helpful with answering questions. You're comfort is their main concern and finishing with a top product. Highly recommend this place

Very happy that I made the decision to trust in Dr's Art and Kim, and staff to perform my dental care. They went above and beyond to make me and my family feel at ease and comfortable. After years of dealing with a painful tooth condition, I made the decision to go with a full restoration. I am so glad i did! My bite is finally back to normal and my smile is fantastic! I stopped by their new office today as I had a tooth giving me an issue and I needed to make an appointment. The staff showed their concern and got me in right away to make sure it didn't need immediate attention. I've been very happy with their expertise and level of customer service. I have seen each Doctor at one time or another and feel like I've always been well cared for and very happy with my results.

I was really grateful they saw me right away. However after my tooth was pulled the pain never went away.

I went in today like you suggested. Thank you so much for giving me some more antibiotics on my fourth visit. I was really reassured that everything appeared fine on the xray and that gave me a sense of security. I really appreciate the idea that I just need a little bit more time to heal. Outstanding from the minute i walked in, till the time I left. Everyone had a smile (perfect smile, I might add), and were extremely helpful and considerate of my time and feelings. Everyone I met introduced themselves and explained what they were doing. Met mostly with dental technicians for xrays, measurements and teeth cleaning. Repeatedly asked how I was doing during procedures and modified their actions according to my needs. Dentist reviewed with me my issues, alternatives and treatment recommendations. I did not feel rushed or pressured. All in all, the name of the practice accurately reflects the professionalism of the team..... exceptional.

My daughter and I have had the good fortune of having Drs Kim and Art Mowery as our dentists for over 18 years. We drive almost 2 hours each way for their dental care to a very friendly, caring, professional, latest in technology, spa-like office. They have done crowns, veneers, filled cavities, fixed a complicated front tooth post from a childhood injury, a dental implant, you name it. We trust their work and advice completely, and all of their work is beautiful!!! The staff members are fantastic from the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienist.

The customer care was top notch!! My teeth feel amazingly well! I really like the availability of bottled water or coffee in the waiting area!! The dental professional was kind and courteous! The quality of care exceeded my expectations!!

I could write a small book about my experience so far. And the story is not yet finished. However, I will say now that I was welcomed warmly from the first day and treated like a good friend every time. They are all friendly and comforting. All treatment plans and procedures were clear and precise. I'm going through a large, scary, long needed, change, and This wonderful group has made it seem so easy. I cannot say enough about my experience at Exceptional Dentistry. This was my first time at the office as I am fairly new to Gainesville and needed to find a dentist in town. I definitely can say that I found the right one! When I arrived, I was immediately greeted with a smile and good conversation by Tammy at the front desk. My hygienist was Katie and my dentist was Doctor Kim Mowery. Katie was so thorough and paid extremely close attention to detail in my cleaning. I am not sure if I have ever had a dental hygienist do such a fantastic job. Dr. Kim did an excellent job repairing a chipped tooth. She was efficient but did excellent work. I have lived in multiple states and have to say that my experience at Exceptional Dentistry went above and beyond previous dental offices. Thanks so much to all the staff!
