very bad service, they say a price in estimate and then when you go to take the dental procedures they change the prices, very friendly and clean but misleading, they give you an estimate and if they can steal you by changing prices they do it.

i called for the first time to check my insurance information, and make my first appointment with them, and the first thing they did was leave on hold for half an hour,?? I had to hang up the phone and call back, and at the moment they took my information and told me they would call me back in 1 hour to give me the correct information about my dental insurance, that call was at 1100 am i was waiting for the callback until 3:00 pm and since they never returned the call, I called them back once again to know what was going on with mi insurance?? I was very happy to go to this place, but after having this bad experience poor and poor communication with the patient, I decided not to go back to that place and i would not recommended anyone to that place.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!
