Wonderful experience! Fontainebleau Dentistry clinic is the absolute best!! The office is very beautiful with a modern technology . The staff is GREAT, very friendly and professional. I must thank and highly recommend my Doctor Salome Fraga and her assistants Betty and Yainet for taking care of my smile, they worked together very well as a team. Procedures were excellent explained by my Doctor Fraga , she is very patient, talented , skilled and unbelievably caring.I always feel I’m in the best hands. Thank you!!! Gracias!!

Really professional and great service provided by the staff. The girls in the front desk were really patient and walked me through the billing fees. Dr Hines is awesome and she removed all of my wisdom teeth as painlessly as possible.

If you care about your teeth, never try this Dentistry! The staff are dangerously amateurs! They put a crown on one of my front teeth and that was an awful experience and they changed my life to the nightmare! The dental crown was big and unfitted! They changed my crown twice, but still bothering me! They finally agreed to get me refund to find another dentist to fix it after spending one month in their office! I am still calling their office to get my medical record! NEVER AND EVER TRY THEM!

Best dental office I've ever experienced! Staff is super attentive and take the time to explain every step! Being a full grown man that's scared of the dentist, I couldn't have been treated nicer and been more comfortable! Dr. Vigon and Dr. Pappaterra are amazing 😍

Calling this office a dentist isn't quite right. Yes, they (apparently) perform dental work. But really it is a financial office that is a subsidiary of Smile Generation- a financial company. All seemed normal, as I went in to take advantage of the offer, posted on the front door, for a cleaning, x ray, and exam. Mid-way through the exam, after having been momentarily shown my x-rays, I was left alone with a financier who proceeded to show me a truly astounding bill for work and was more or less asked to leave, without finishing the exam or getting a cleaning, because I didn't sign up immediately for the financing they offered, oh, and some dental work. The plan is clear and simple. Get you in the chair, scare you, and get you to sign up for a financial plan. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this financial office to anyone.

Update: I saw my normal dentist and needed NONE of the work that this office recommended. It is a scam. Do not go here. I will be filing complaints with the relevant agencies in the hopes that they are reprimanded or shut down entirely.

I’ve been a patient of this office for the last year. I recently had my 6 month evaluation appointment and remembered why I love coming to this office. From the front desk to the assistants and the doctor make me feel like family. I get my cleanings twice per year with the hygienist and can’t no be happier to have found this place.

Horrible experience here. If you are looking for someone gentle and understanding, stay FAR away from this place. I had the worst dentist experience of my life here this afternoon.

The dental assistant who did my xray (which they require for every patient's first visit) made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. She had difficulty fitting the device in my mouth, telling me my mouth is smaller than average. That was fine, I tried to be patient and cooperate. After ten minutes of struggling, she asked another dental assistant for help and the two of them continued to try, over and over again..... At first, they decided to stop and told me they'll let the doctor know it wasn't working with me, but decided to check with the doctor that was okay. I was relieved, but less than a minute later they came back and said they had to continue afterall! I guess the doctor decided it was more important to keep shoving a device that was too big into my mouth instead of be flexible and find another way. Imagine, this is twenty minutes of getting a device pushed uncomfortably far back (gagged by reflex more than once) over and over again while having to open your mouth as far as you can. Uncomfortable is an understatement. It did not help that the dental assistant barely seemed to notice my pain and did little to try and be gentler. After all those attempts, I finally told her "no, I'm not doing this. I would like to leave". She tried to change my mind, I said no again and she left to inform the doctor. When she came back, she had the audacity to stand in the doorway of the room and repeatedly say she didn't have to finish the x ray now and we "just needed a picture". I said no, I already said I want to leave. It was ridiculous, did I really need to say no more than once?

Bottom line: not gentle, not understanding, not respectful of patients

This office is by far the most professional dentist office I have been to. Their focus is on making sure everyone who enters feels most comfortable and relaxed. From their doctors to their entire staff, the best care is always a priority. I highly recommend visiting this office.
