I LOVE Dr. Gonzales!!! She’s friendly and knows what’s she’s doing. The staff is AMAZING in every way! The office is pristine! All other offices should be trained by this amazing staff. As long as Dr. Gonzales and this staff is here...this is where I belong. Finally, dental appointments aren’t so bad!

Got a same day appointment for a dental emergency. My regular dentist is at a different Greenberg office and is out for health reasons. So they got my records and dr. Gonzales and Cindy Gabe me excellent care with great results, rebuilt, replaced and perfectly fitted a front tooth crown that had fallen out over the weekend.

You can never get ahold of the office. My son was referred to the orthodontist because his under bite is so bad, they forgot to send to the insurance for approval. Once they did, they did not indicate it was medically necessary, so he was declined. I’ve emailed them to resubmit, but they don’t seem to care one bit. The orthodontist was saying my son needs jaw surgery and was not very friendly or positive about things, but they can’t submit stating he needs these braces. Horrible experience.

Worst service. Each time I have an appointment I'm forced to wait an eternity. I try to explain I'm missing work for the appointment but reception doesn't seem to care. Always the same story, "there are a lot of dentists and they are running a bit late today".
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where customer service is still important to the business as it isn't here.

I went for my first exam and X-rays in March. They seemed pleasant at the time but I was thrown off by them telling me I need work done but the first appointment isn’t until the end of July. Four months later? But I took the appointment anyway. Well last week I received a call from them saying they need to reschedule my appointment for July because there won’t be a dentist available that day. I was annoyed but kept it to myself and told them I will call them back. Well starting yesterday my one tooth started really bothering me and it was progressively getting worse. Knowing that this tooth has a cavity (because they told me this last month....and didn’t want to fix it until July) I called them and asked if they take in emergency walk ins because I need a cavity filled. They said to come on over. I waited nearly Three hours (which I didn’t mind since I was a walk in and knew that I would get some relief....) but anyway....I waited three hours for the dentist to come in and tell me I have a cavity and we can schedule to get it filled for another time. I asked if they were serious...I waited this long and they weren’t going to do anything for me? Not one person told me that she was just going to Talk to me today. I wouldn’t have wasted my day sitting there waiting. She said “yeah sorry we’re too busy”. Then why do you accept emergency walk ins? I then told her I would have to go somewhere else and she wasn’t even bothered by it and walked out of the room. I’m still shocked by it.

I had a lot of anxiety about this visit. The staff and the dentist were just absolutely over-the-top phenomenal. They were so understanding and they gave me a treatment plan that let me leave there with optimism.
