My children have been going here for 8 years and it is absolutely amazing! The dentist and all hygienists are absolutely wonderful, have been there long term, know my children by name, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gonzalez!

I was on vacation in Ormond Beach when I had a loose crown/infection. I could not have asked for better service they got me in with without an appointment and did what they could to help me during my vacation. Friendly service from everyone and would highly recommend.

Dr Shiju Cherian took really good care of my daughter. She was scared and was expecting the worst when we went in for her root canal but he was able to get her to relax and cheered her up. The procedure was a success and she did not feel a thing. I would recommend him to anyone.

I recently became a patient at this location. People are super nice and kind, always making sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease. I used to be terrified of dentists but not anymore, Dr. Gonzalez is a rock star, always happy to see and take care of her patients, it's refreshing. That was about a year ago, nothing has changed, they are still the best dental team around, hands down!

I have been a client here for years and I should have listened to my gut instinct of not returning. The hygienist Patty does not care about her clients. She said she has a lot of clients she doesn’t remember everyone. Yet, all the other employees remembers my son and I. She is very aggressive on your teeth and will wait until you have complications to tell you what her concerns are. She won’t help you with preventing future problems, she’ll just wait until there is a problem so that you are spending more money. Will be finding another Dental office.

I went to see my dentist Dr. Gonzalez because my tooth was hurting. She was very sweet and gave me the option of haveing my tooth pulled or it reroot canalled. I decided to have it pulled and went to Dr. Lawson. I went in right away because my tooth was very infected and in a lot of pain. This was a horrible day! I took my anxiety medication because I am petrified of needles. I let them know and was told they couldn't give me any numbing medication or anything. He put the needles in my gums and I tried my best not to make noise, but was told I was being too loud and if I didn't stop they wouldn't continue. After the first set of shots I puked and was treated bad. He came back and I told him I wasn't numb so they did a second round of shots (witch hurt just as bad and I puked again). Then he told me it was time to pull my tooth. He started to wiggle it and I told him it hurt. He told me it didn't and it was just pressure and kept going until I started screaming from the pain. Then he gave me more shots. We were eventually able to get the tooth pulled. I was give antibiotics and 800mg ibprophen (witch I already take from a car accident). I came home and my husband called them an hour later because I was screaming in so much pain. They refused to give me any other medication. My parents had to take my kids for 2 days because I was in so much pain. Tomorrow will be a week since the tooth was pulled and I am going back in to see Dr. Lawson because I am still having pain in the area where my tooth was. Needless to say his bedside manner could use some work!

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist's office.
