Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics

Arrived at 8:14 am my appointment was at 8:00am January 10th 2023 , was told I would have to reschedule due to them having only a 15 minute grace period. Then when asking for next available appointment was offered to come back on February 3rd almost another month away. Currently pregnant and having jaw pain, no regard for the patients emergent need for relief. There was nothing stating there was only 15 minutes grace period prior to appointment date. I live in Milton and had to drop my child at daycare causing me to arrive at 8:14am and now to be late to work. Poor customer service from the front desk.

They made me feel very comfortable and everyone was so very nice. In meeting with the dentist, she took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. Wonderful first experience!

My girls absolutely love it here!! The dental assistants are really nice! They all were laughing throughout the appt. The dentist was nice too.

clean facility I understand every office is different. I made a new patient appointment, but did not know that it was only for a initial xray and gum check to see what kind of cleaning I would need. I had to make a follow up appointment for the cleaning. Very inconvenient, not knowing.
Luckily I work at night and have time for appointments during the day! I wish they would say that in writing or in the appt confirmation calls. All of the previous dental offices I have been to before did gum assessment, x-rays, and cleaning in one appointment.. But better clear communication of what the initial visit entails would be nice.

Absolutely love my hygienist, Marti. Very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining my treatment and home care. Enjoyed every step of my visit with Comfort Dental Care!

Marty did a fantastic job on my cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and explained things in a way that made sense. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I felt she really cared and wasn’t rushing through the process like most.

Very very nice staff, very professional. My PA was Suzanne, she was wonderful, did about ten different jobs and was very good at them all. She is excellent at her jobs, yes jobs.

After a traumatic wisdom tooth removal provided from the Army my anxiety to go back to the dentist was at an all time high. Just thinking about it had me in tears. However being here and with the staff and expressing my fears they made me feel very at ease and throughout the entire process I felt important. They did the job they said they would and now I have no fears of coming back.
However, while getting a crown put on the temporary one came off twice which I had to go back for the first one to get the second put on and now my permanent crown has come off whilst eating a cookie 5 days after them "cementing" it in. So I'm pretty irritated with that.

I called. Told them my situation, and received an appointment for five days later. I received prompt courtesy service on the day of my appointment. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and how well my entire experience went.

I was a new patient today and the dentist, Dr. Vasquez spent all of 2 minutes with me. All he did was look in my mouth and say I had no cavities and needed a cleaning. Then he walked out. Not the warm and welcoming care I was expecting. However, I went back later in the day for a cleaning and the hygienist was wonderful. She was informative and kind.
