Great dental visit! Xrays and exam went smooth, went over short term plan. Look forward to going back to get my teeth cleaned! 5 stars!

I don't usually write reviews but i have to for this. I called Comfort Dental and explained my situation. My retainer is broken and I would like to have it repaired. I was told no problem their orthodontics would look at it and I was scheduled for an appointment and was told I'd have to have an x-ray and consult that would be $99, which i agreed to. After arriving for appointment and my consult I was told that their orthodontics do rounds between their different location and wouldn't back at this location for about 4 weeks but the date i was given was actually 7 weeks away. I explained my situation again and that i'd really like my retainer to be looked at, its irritating me. Then the assistant turns and looks at me and says, I'm sorry but the orthodontics here does not do repairs, he does not repair work done elsewhere to which i said well I wasn't told that when i called to schedule my appointment, and i explained the situation with my braces, and of course they passed the buck well we don't know who you talked to but he doesn't do repairs, and i said well i guess you still want me to pay the $99 for the x-ray, and of course they said yes. I will never go back to this place again. STAY AWAY.

Yes they will work you in quickly that’s the only thing I can say good. When someone is going to charge you 645$ for a simple tooth extraction I’ll get some orajel a bottle of Jack and a pair of plyers before I spend that kind of money to remove a tooth.

I became very emotional after waiting years to be able to take care of my teeth. The Dr.and staff were very “Comfort”ing to me. Thank you!

Today was my first and last visit to Comfort Dental. Once I walked in, I was not greeted and told to check in via link from text message. I checked in and sat in the waiting room. Prior to this appointment, I have called twice to confirm that my insurance was in fact in network. After a few moments, I was called back. The first thing that was done was the X-Ray tech. took a few photos of my teeth and set me in a chair. After waiting about 10 minutes, the doctor comes in. My main reason for this visit is my jaw is locking up and I have a cavity that has formed a hole in my tooth. As the doctor arrives, he informs me that I did not have a cavity, it was infact a filling that had popped out. This was incorrect, I have not had a filling in this tooth at all. Prior to this appointment, I have been to another dentist who informed me that my wisdom teeth HAVE to come out, this doctor at Comfort Dental said that my wisdom teeth were fine even though theyre causing my other teeth to hurt. As for my jaw locking up, all I got was ibuprofen. My teeth did not get cleaned at all! Before I was sent on my way, the doctor brings a $500 bill saying that I do not have dental insurance, which I spent 2 days making sure that they had this information. After informing the team that I did infact have insurance, I was sent off with no bill. I was told to expect a call within an hour to confirm my insurance, once again. 7 hours later, no call. I will NOT be returning to Comfort Dental and would NOT recommend it to anyone. Your concerns go out of the window, if theyre not making money off of you, then they dont care.

I would not recommend this company at all! They changed the treatment plan without consulting us as well as cancelled appointments at the last minute. They were not respectful of a family member’s fear as well as not respectful of our time. I highly recommend you seek care elsewhere. This was a horrible experience.

Do not use Comfort Dental on N Davies. They have a policy of making new customers take exrays and not cleaning teeth. They then tell you that $4000 worth of fillings and root canals need replacing. All the while saying the exrays is 100% covered by insurance. Then you get a bill saying insurance did not cover all exrays. Very tricky operation!
We have had teeth cleaned 5 months later and hygenist was very good.

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable they always make me feel comfortable they are very good at explaining what's going to be happening in the amount I will have to pay and they do take my dental insurance again I'm always happy and very satisfied with comfort dental they got me in as quick as could for a tooth emergency

I feel they do not care about their patients they seem to only care about milking someone's insurance. If insurance covers it and you don't need it they will still scedual you for it. I have gotten 2 different quotes of what all actually needs to be done to my mouth and compfort dental was 3 times the amount of anywhere els and that's still after my insurance covers some of it.... would not recommend if your actually wanting to be cared for and not treated like a paycheck or a money sign.

Best dental office ever ! Been nervous about dental care all my life till Comfort Dental . Doctors & staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.
Would recommend them highly !!!
