I don’t even know where to begin! Dr. Hart and his staff have been doing dental work on me for the past several years. I came to the office after having a TERRIBLE experience at Cordova Dental. From day 1, Dr. Hart and his staff have provided EXCELLENT service!!!! Not only are they great at their jobs but they are very friendly and really care about their patients. I’ve had extensive dental work done since I was a child due to lack of enamel so I’m no stranger to the drill. Dr. Hart is phenomenal and has a heart of gold! I literally started balling my eyes out when I left today after my appointment.( tears of happiness and appreciation) I can’t thank y’all enough for everything you have done , especially Dr. Hart! You have no idea how much of an impact you’ve had on me. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend Gulf Coast Dental!! You won’t be disappointed! ~Stephanie Allen ❤️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY RUINED MY SMILE. This is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. First, I went for pain in my tooth from a previous root canal. Dr. Susan Kelly said it was from my grinding and TMJ and recommended a night guard. The first one they made was super bulky and Dr. Kelly drilled a hole in it while trying to fit it to my mouth. They made a second one that was so thin it fell right off my teeth. So turns out they cannot make a night guard - don't waste your time or money. They then recommended that I get botox in the jaw to help with the TMJ. Dr. Hart came in and explained it to me very briefly and I signed paperwork and let him inject the botox as he claimed the majority of TMJ patients he sees has Botox injected. He never mentioned any side effects regarding the functionality of my face/mouth. About a week after getting the botox I began to lose my smile completely and couldn't drink with a straw and had a hard time using my mouth/eating/drinking. This was done in August 2020, and I have waited to see if it resolved and I am still having issues and don't fully have my smile back. It has been 6 months! I work in sales and this has greatly impacted my career and day to day life. DO NOT let this doctor inject botox and don't waste your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have wasted hundreds with them and they have offered no help whatsoever. I even went back to speak with Dr. Hart in person and he refused to come into the room - I waited almost 2 hours. He wouldn't even face me to see what he had done. He had his office manager do it for him - and shes the only good thing at that office. I also waited over an hour each time I went to this office, which is very annoying when you take time from work. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!

Gulf Coast Dental's entire staff is kind and friendly. My mother, age 90, and I had great experiences. You are treated like you matter to them, not like you are on an assembly line. Great practice!

I have been going to this dentistry for over three years now, and have been always treated in a respectful and professional manner. However, recently, the dentistry had canceled my appointment, for some oddball reason that I could not understand. But, canceling of appointment, comes about from all walks of life. However, the attitude of the caller, came out rude, and seemed to me very unconcerned and uncaring.
When I showed up at my appointment, it looked like there was a change of guards in the office, who wanted me to update my records. That is all fine with me. This practice is part of every medical organization, which I had always adhered to. I have been told by many a physician, that I just needed to update the information that had changed, and just annotate 'no change' in the applicable areas. The dental assistant rudely questioned me, on why I did not answer all of the questions, and I stated that there was no change from my previous paperwork, which I had signed and dated. I had mentioned, that the reason I was there, was that I believed I needed to get a tooth extracted, due to pain, but both the dental technician and new office administrator (had not met prior), seemed to not care of what I needed, but harshly insisted that they would not allow me to see the dentist, unless I filled out everything. My wife had made an appointment for the next day, due to a filling that had cracked off, so I thought I would just take both of our paperwork home to fill out, and bring the next day.
Bottom line, is after approaching the office administrator, she just waved me 'goodbye', without any hesitation. So, I peacefully left, stating that we will no longer be bringing our business here, and to cancel my wife's appointment. I sure hope Dr. Hart is aware of his new office administrator's practice, and uncaring attitude, which is a discredit to his dental practice. My main concern, is for the well being of the patients, and the true intention of this dental practice.

I have been trying to get a tooth pulled for awhile. They went above and beyond to work with me until I could get my blood pressure low enough for Dr.Hart to do the procedure. Prescribing antibiotics for pain/infection and a hurricane sally setback. They made me feel really comfortable each visit. Thanks a bunch y'all. GO GATORS

Hannah and Dr. Kelly are the best. I had a crown replacement which is awful and they made it so painless. They were patient with me and explained every step of the procedure. I have lived in different cities and had several different dentists and they rank at the top. ❤

I've been going to Dr. Hart for well over 20 years. He has always been attentive to questions I may have and he always treats his patients with the upmost respect. If you need an emergent appointment, they go above and beyond to get the patient in. I would refer friends and family to him and the practice. The support staff, as well as the front office staff, are always so friendly and accommodating. You can't "lose your smile" at Gulf Coast Family Dentistry. And...like I always say to Dr. Hart, "Go Gators!!"

I've been going to Gulf Coast Family Dentistry for many years. They are right on with what a professional dentistry should be: spotless offices, pleasant and efficient staff, and up front pricing! Dr. Hart has a nice gentle hand and manner: I would not trade him for a house-broken puppy!

Dr. Lundy and his dental assistants are wonderful! They have taken care of my children and myself for 10 years. They make sure we are comfortable and at ease. I cant imagine having to use anyone else!
