Have been a part of this office for about 4 years. Dr Lundy was my family's Dentist taking care of myself and 4 children. Never once had an issue until today. Dr Lundy is no longer with that office. (Unfortunately). But I was willing to give another dentist my business. After calling and leaving messages for 2 days to make an appt, on the 3rd day of calling and into a week of severe tooth pain, I was finally able to get an appt. I went in and after almost 2 hours of discussing treatment plans for teeth that weren't even relevant to the tooth I went in to have extracted, they refer me to an oral surgeon to have all teeth pulled at one time. I questioned why they were not pulling my tooth that I came in to have extracted now and they said Dr Hart wants to have them pulled at one time and hes not sure that he can successfully extract that tooth because of its condition. DR LUNDY did an amazing job and pulled teeth that were in much worse condition. I cancelled my 4 kids upcoming cleaning appointments and we will find a dentist that cares about us and not a plan that fills their pockets.

Haven't visited... but the phone call was enough. I have dental insurance, my fiancé; however, does not. Which is unfortunate because he just chipped his front tooth eating a piece of hard candy. I called this office to see in what ways they work with/ offer services to uninsured patients (payment plans, arrangements, credit lines etc.). The receptionist? was extremely dry and answered me in 1-2 word sentences. I ended the call by letting her know that I would just try to find the answers I need on the internet... better that than to bother someone to do their job. They will not be receiving our business regardless of how good the dentistry work might be.

Great Customer service, sent my son in Law there with an emergency and they helped him immediately though he had never been there. My wife and I both have used them for 4 years now... I had to change from my old dentist I had used for years, due to insurance changes, Glad I found them!!! ...I highly recommend them!!!
