Needed a new crown and had it in 6 weeks. The bad part was the billing group that said my insurance company was not going to pay anything and when I called, they said the Dental billing department never submitted a claim. When I questioned them, they got nervous and said it might have been done by someone else. Another lie. Not happy. When I spoke to the receptionist about the review, I received a letter in the mail a few days later saying that I was dismissed as a patient. Really poor patient satisfaction. The letter was not even signed by the dentist. I can only deduce that they did this without the doctors knowledge, so as not to get caught kicking patients out. The Doctor needs to see how her practice is being destroyed.

They do a good job of cleaning and taking care of your teeth. They completely fail if you have a dental emergency. You will get an appointment weeks out and then they say that is all they can do because they only have one dentist. You are better off finding a dentist that will give you a little more personal care and take care of you in a timely fashion if you have an emergency.

The office staff is friendly and they got us in quickly but just for a consult and X-rays and to tell us what needs to happen without doing anything. My son is in pain and they couldn’t do anything for over a month away. I’m not sure why they even saw him knowing (because I told them he was in pain when I made the appointment) that they couldn’t do anything for him.

Today I had two extraccions and bone draft,I was so nervious since I havent had this procidure before,vut it was grate,everthing went well,the doctores,and staff the are exellent,they were very caring and made me feel good,thank you to all and God bless you,I really recomend Titusville Dentistry

I absolutely love this practice!!! The staff is incredible and so caring. The doctors bring their A game and their billing is on point! They will let you know if your insurance overpays and you have a credit. One time I sent a check In and my insurance then ended up paying. They called me to tell me they were destroying the check. Very honest in billing and again the care is wonderful!!!
