It's always a good experience here. Every hygienist/technician I've been assigned is super nice and helpful. Emily is the best! The front staff is super nice and helpful too. After so many meh to bad experiences in town with dentists it's been so refreshing to have a dentist office where it's always a pleasant visit.

The doctor was awesome. The front desk staff was very efficient. I found my new dentist and will definitely be going back and letting my friends and family know about my positive experience after having so many negative ones preciously.

I had my 1rst appointment on October 28th. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a very nice and jolly woman. She was very professional and helpful. When I got into the back room the caring and professionalism continued. I got the help I needed and my dental problem resolved. I now have a new dentist in Titusville smiles dentistry. I will recommend them to everyone.

Titusville Smiles Dentistry is great. The dentist, Dr.Luis Ochoa, does excellent work. He is the epitome of what a dentist should be. Everyone in the facility is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Titusville Smiles Dentistry to anyone seeking dental care.

I will give 2 stars because there are about 2 people there that are real kind and professional. Dr Ochoa is one. My first time there was pleasant but it felt like more of an act on their part, as they have all the newer technology and they want to do more to your mouth than needed for more money. I have 2 other relatives that have been telling me they do not feel comfortable going there they think it is awkward that while you have your mouth open in a chair for the Dentist you’ll have a sales woman walk in with a clipboard selling you upgrades of procedures.

It’s not a joke it happens every time. It’s their protocol. So they say here is what we can offer you do you accept this fee? They do not return voice messages after not answering the phone during business hours. If you have any emergency in your life and bring it to their attention they will not work with you even financially they want everything the day of. My family members were going there but after they treated me the way they did today there is nothing to smile about. I’m

The woman who came in to speak to me I will not say a name, was unprofessional and will talk down to you like you are worthless it was regarding billing. She knows who she is when she reads this.

She has an ego and she needs to get over it. Because she is very rude and she acts like she owns the place. Pathetic!

Out of the many dental offices, I have gone here in Brevard, this place is by far is the best! First, off the office building itself is easy to find. There is plenty of parking around the office itself. Upon walking in, the staff working at the check-in counter were friendly and helpful. They assured me all my concerns and questions will be answered. They needed my X-rays from the last dentist and I didn't have them. They didn't get upset or throw me out. They said it's ok and we will make sure we get something done for you today to not waste your trip. They also told they are not here to surprise the patient when his or her care is completed. As in all prices will be discussed with me before anything is done. I was there early so the wait time was zero. As I walked in the back everyone there was friendly and would get into small chats while you wait for the next thing to do. Beyond pleased with this place and I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone who is searching for reviews of a great dentist. If you are searching for a future dentist then stop right now. You found them! Wish I could give more stars. I will be back to this gem soon.

Everyone that was working today were amazing! They were all so helpful and friendly!

My 4 year old was having tooth pain and since his dentist was closed we decided to give Titusville Smiles a call and they got him in right away. They were so patient and kind to him. They diagnosed the cause of the pain but since he was was nervous and apprehensive and they weren’t a pediatric dentist they didn’t want to do anything but instead referred us to a pediatric dentist and said if anything changed from now till he could be seen to call them and they would help in anyway they could. To top it all off they didn’t even charge us for the visit even though they took x-rays all because they couldn’t fix the issue for us. Highly recommend them!!!

I was looking for a new dentist and I’m so happy I found Titusville Smiles Dentistry. I’ve only been to their office twice (once for a cleaning/retainer replacement and another time to have a filling fixed) but each time the service was incredible. The office staff are the sweetest. Every interaction with them has been great. I also had two amazing dental hygienists. Both were super friendly, they explained everything they were doing and were very thorough in their work. As for the doctor, Dr. Gibson is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. He walked me through every step of the procedure and kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He’s extremely professional, gentle and kind.
I seriously can’t recommend this office enough. All together they make such a incredible team. If you are looking for a new dentist office definitely go check them out. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

First time going, they were very nice, I have no complaints.
