I hadn't been to the dentist for 5 years so was a little nervous that I'd be getting lectured and shamed. However, the entire team at New Face--Ashley, Antonio, Dr. Nguyen--was great and made me feel at home right away. No shaming or side looks! They laid out a good plan for me to get some needed work done, but with no pressure. And they're in-network with my dental insurance, which is great because it will be much less expensive than at previous dentists. Overall, New Face Dentistry is great--highly recommended!

I have been Dr Binh' s pt for 8 years. I had my dental cleaning done today and experienced the worst worst customer service. I have never felt unwelcome before. When I was needed to be scheduled for dental filling and I had questions with packages and hidden fees that I have been charged. She told me " I m not gonna argue with you" when I was asking question. Horrible attitude. She did not schedule my filling F/U appt which she was obligated to because of a filling failure, she thinks she owns the center. Her job is scheduling not making admin decisions. Take your business somewhere else otherwise get ready to be humiliated by low class secretary. Absolutely Awful Awful Awful. Even tho I referred over 10 patients to their clinic. No more business from me or my friends to that clinic.

I would describe them as very professional and friendly. They seem up to date on everything, they do have Invisalign now as opposed to 5 years ago. They have good humor which helps when you are about to get your teeth drilled on. It's been an overall positive experience.

I have used New Face for over 4 years, and I must say this is one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to. They are very detailed, and when you leave that office, you are clear of what you need to do to improve the health of your teeth. Dr. Nyguen is my dentist, very professional, honest, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. Great staff, friendly service, and in a great location. Easy to make an appointment, and no surprises. I recommend folks to this office all the time. You won't be disappointed.

I broke my front teeth in a pretty bad accident over the weekend. Tiffany was amazing at handling the scheduling in order to get me in ASAP so I wasn't toothless all week! Thank you! I had Dr. Binh and Allison, and it was such a comfortable and awesome experience. Hewas able to repair my teeth like nothing had ever happened, as well as keep my nerves calm and relaxed through the whole thing. Such a great place! Always going back.
