Excellent! They showed me the x-ray pictures and explained what areas they were looking for, which my other dentists don’t do. They were very kind and answered all of my questions. I learned about teeth care and what cavities actually were. It was a great dentist appointment and a learning experience. Thank you!

I've been going to New Face Dentistry for the past 6 years. I first went to New Face Dentistry because of convenience, they were up the street from my job. I continue to go to New Face Dentistry after my job moved because of the service. They are state-of-the-art and the entire staff is wonderful, personable, and friendly.

I have been going to New Face Dentistry in Buckhead since 2006 or 2007. I stayed with them even after moving to Douglasville, GA because the staff, especially Ashley, is phenomenal. Going to the dentist is never fun and I've been seeing dentists regularly since high school (I'm now 50). I continue to go to New Face because they make feel comfortable, they always smile, they minimize the pain to the best of their ability (just ask for laughing gas. . .it's extra but likely worth it!), they listen to my concerns, they monitor my trouble spots, they offer and implement suggestions and procedures to deal with problem areas, they are upfront about costs and they work well with me and my insurer. I seriously thought about trying to find a dentist closer to home, but in the end, I decided to stay with New Face Dentistry because. . .they rock.

I went to New Face Dentistry for my routine cleaning and X-Rays. I saw Binh H. Nguyen, DMD. I had my cleaning with a girl names Tiffany... It was sloppy and unprofessional. When she was doing the pre-interview she was sitting behind me and I couldn't see her. A lady named Alison actually had to come in and slide her (in her chair) in front of me so she could speak to me face to face. During the cleaning she twice dropped equipment on the floor and had to get new equipment.
Then when I went into the review area with Alison she took pictures of my teeth and as she went over them started pointing out areas she thought might be cavities. And as she did - she was almost giddy saying OH that might be a cavity and OH that are looks suspect. When doctor Binh H. Nguyen came in... he pulled up my digital X-Rays went through them and said oh yes you have 2 cavities in the lower back teeth - between the teeth in the same place on both sides.
I thought that odd since I've only had one cavity in my whole life - when I was 10 years old. Then without skipping a beat they had paper work printed up and wanted me to schedule the appointment.
So I went home - next day I called them and had my X-rays sent to my previous Dentist that I had been going too for over a decade. . They have the same state-of-the-art equipment as New Face Dentistry.
My previous dentist called me today and said this. I do not have any cavities. I do not have any signs of early decay. My teeth are as healthy as they get.
If you are reading this. DO YOUR RESEARCH! If you go here and you've never had a cavity and they tell you that you do... Get a second opinion. But my advice is avoid this place.

Shout out to Tiffany, Alison, Dr. Nyugen and the entire New Face Denistry. First time visitor and they treated me as if I were a patient for many year. Extremely clean atmosphere. Very calm music station. Pleasant Employees, greeted you by name right when you opened front door BEFORE signing in. Love, love, love great Service! A KEEPER! 💃💃😁

This office is so great, everyone is kind and communicative and will work with you and your financial situation. I previously had very traumatizing experiences with dentists, but since going to New Face I’ve felt nothing but comfortable and safe.
