Be careful when you ask for a quote before agreeing with a service. It just gives a low quote and later you will receive a much bigger bill. The quote is misleading. The billing clerks tell you your insurance will cover most of the fee, but actually your insurance company will not pay for it. This place tries to get your business, and it does not care about how much you will end up paying.
