I have been a patient of this office for over 9 years. I have had do much dental work needed after pregnancies from feelings to rootcanals and implants. I have never had any problems at all. I have been seeing Dr. Bodea. This is also a very happy dentist office where you can tell that all who work there enjoy being there. For me it was just calming to see that as I always get nervous at a dentist. I very much recommend this dentist.

Today was my first visit at North Atlanta Family Dentistry and the staff was very friendly. Andrea, at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Have been using this dentist for a number of years, my visit was good yesterday. The hygienist was very observant of the COVID 19 health regulations and followed them to a tee. When I arrived, I had to text them to let them know that I was there and stay in my car until called in ....I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes before I was called in and remind them that I was still in my car...I’m thinking that it was due to the new protocols in place....that’s why I took off one star. Over all, a very good experience.

The way I get treated was very personable and warm. Super friendly staff and really care about the patient unlike other places where you feel just like a $ sign. Here, I felt like a PERSON. Also they did such an incredible job with my cleaning and made me feel relaxed. The place is up to date and super clean. I came here because my husband had previously gone and had nothing but positive things to say about this office, so I HAD to check it out, and I was not disappointed.

Dentists and hygienists are very kind and pleasant people but the practice as a whole feels incredibly untrustworthy to me. I had an implant done incorrectly here (was told it was not shaved down to the appropriate height) and when the implant failed because of it, I was informed I had to pay full price to repair. Incredibly unprofessional. I would like to see dentistry be about the well-being of the patient and not a constant money grab.

This was the first cleaning visit after the pandemic started. I felt extremely safe in the office. They implemented so many precautions to keep themself and the patient safe. You wait in the car until they are ready for you, they measure your temperature, they make you wash your hands with soap, rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide solution. Everybody wears masks ( 2 at the same time), gloves, face shield, and disposable gowns. And they do not use high water pressure instruments to avoid aerosol, but only manual ones.. It couldn’t have been better! Great job of keeping your associates and customer safety as top priority. Of course the service was great as usual!

I have been going to the North Atlanta Family Dentistry for approximately 15 years. I have always received excellent care and support from the staff. My dental hygienists, Meredith and Chau, provide me with a relaxing cleaning experience. Many times I go to sleep while I am getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Wong always checks to make sure my teeth and gums are healthy. The front office staff (e.g., Andrea) make sure my questions are answered regarding billing and appointments). I am so glad the North Atlanta Family Dentistry provides my dental services.
