Pure Smiles Dentistry

You may have many reasons in life to grind your teeth together, but this dentistry will never be one of them.

While I don’t have a stellar dental history, my traveling lifestyle has given me the opportunity to experience Dentistries all across the US, ranging from clinics here in Georgia to clinics in North Carolina, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

Each time in the past, I’ve refused to go back as a result of walking away from the experience feeling incomplete. Not incomplete as in an entire tooth was missing (ha), but rather from knowing that the experience was lacking in one regard or sometimes several.

This Tuesday I was lucky enough to experience Pure Smiles Dentistry for the first time, and I am still grinning from the experience.

Starting with the front desk receptionists, I was made to feel welcome and at home, all while entering a clean and comfortable space. It was only minutes before I was called to the back, speaking to their efficiency, where Angelina, my dental hygienist, helped get me started.

She was thorough, made excellent conversation and, most importantly, she addressed every concern I had regarding my teeth health and past history. Despite being a grown adult, I still find myself relearning the basics of dental home care, and Angelina was both encouraging and super informative each step along the way in our discussions. She helped me to better understand the foundations of good dental care and was uplifting the entire time, never making me feel bad or guilty for my shortcomings to date.

I could already feel that this dentistry experience was different from others in the past, but it was confirmed after Dr. Alyssa arrived to examine me. She was thorough—taking her time to properly assess my situation—and left me feeling confident about the plan she set forth for me.

I’m actually excited to return for the second half of my deep cleaning next week, seeing how good of a job they did on the first half, and even more excited to start my journey to better teeth with a team of capable professionals.

Thank you again Dr. Alyssa, Angelina, and Dr. Patel for curating such an amazing experience. I look forward to being a regular.

Excellent experience. In addition to the dentist’s and hygienist’s professional credentials, they consistently demonstrate having a personal interest in my oral health and well being. They only recommend dental treatment when necessary and I trust their judgement. The work they have done on my teeth is impeccable. Everyone in the office is professional, friendly, personable and relationship oriented.

I switched over to Pure Smiles years ago and they have always been so wonderful. Pam is so personable, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and does a great job on my teeth. She always accommodates my kids and is so very kind to them. Dr. Patel and Dr. Kellams are wonderful, provide excellent medical care, and have walked me through two fillings (when I was nervous) in such a graceful, compassionate, and thorough way. The front desk ladies are super organized, friendly, and helpful. The office is clean and the wait time is minimal considering how busy they are as a practice. I highly recommend PureSmiles!

Great 1st time visit. Susan was excellent. She was so patient with the entire consultation and X-Rays. It was very nice to have someone that took the time to make sure you were Ok. She explained and let me know every step. Thank you Susan! Dr Patel also made me feel very comfortable at my appointment. Very knowledgeable but personable. Thank you both.

We switched to Pure Smiles a couple of years ago and have been nothing but completely satisfied. The entire staff is friendly and efficient, even emailing and texting reminders a couple of weeks before my appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything from basic cleanings to more detailed dental work.

I had a great visit, my assistant Kasie was amazing and kind. My hygienist Pam was wonderful! She made sure the work being performed wasn’t putting me in any pain or discomfort. Will definitely continue to come back for my dental work.

Pam and everyone at the office are so kind and helpful. No one loves going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my appointments. I know I will be treated with respect and compassion. I have never felt judged and Pam goes out of her way to help me. I have moved to Woodstock since I started going to Pure Smiles, but I will gladly keep driving to keep my favorite hygienist of all time!

I have been going to pure smiles for about a year now. I was one of those adults that was very timid and nervous about going to the dentist but everyone at pure smiles has been amazing! Every interaction with every front office representative, hygienist, and dentist at the office has been beyond polite and accommodating. They are quick to answer any questions I may have and make sure that I fully understand everything that I get done so that they’re are no surprises. I definitely recommend Pure Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I love Pure Smiles Dentistry! The staff from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out was SO wonderful! My hygienist Angelina, and Dr. Kellams were both so sweet, and very knowledgeable when I went over concerns I was having. They made me feel comfortable the whole time I was in the chair. 5 stars, everyone should come here!!!!
