I recently moved to the Marietta area from Florida and simply dreaded the thought of finding a new dentist as I have such dentist anxiety due to having to deal with many not-so-gentle hygienists. I happened upon Pure Smiles through ZocDoc and saw some great reviews so I made an appointment. The moment I walked in the door I was at ease. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and helpful. Pam was my hygienist and she was truly awesome. I got quite an education as she explained everything to me as she worked and was so gentle and concerned with my comfort I didn't feel one iota of anxiety. After my xrays and cleaning, Dr Patel came in and checked everything over and he was great, as well. I'm so happy that I found Pure Smiles.

1/7/2020 As always, the staff was great again today! Love these guys! Pam is a wonderful hygienist! I worked in the dental field for twenty years so I am very particular about my dental work, so trust me when I say these guys are great!
4/14/20 saw them today for my check up and here we are during the coronavirus scare and they took all kinds of extra precautions so felt very comfortable in the office. Staff very nice and helpful as always. I have moved an hour away, but will continue coming to the dentist here because they make me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
1/3/22 You guys continue to always take care of me. Dr. Patel is almost finished with an implant for me and i was super nervous when we started the process. It was one of those cases where as a patient I knew too much having worked in the dental field myself for about 18 years and it gave me anxiety about the appointments. Dr. Patel reassured me every step of the way. It is a multi step procedure and they have continued to make me comfortable with everything they do! I drive an hour now since we moved from
Marietta to continue with this practice. They are awesome!

UPDATED 06/2022: Still the best experience in dental-healthcare, customer service, and professionalism. I went for a 6 month check-up 10/2021, and saw a different hygienist and dentist than originally, but still just as wonderful. Went again recently, saw another hygienist on the team... she did an amazing job as well. Everyone had a different technique and still provided a great service. Very happy at this location.
ORIGINAL REVIEW 04/2021: I am a newly retired service member that was a little skeptical about the insurance that I chose. Well, the insurance I chose was perfect. This establishment accepted it and the staff was very good about explaining costs and other benefits. Making an appt was very easy. Got an appt within a week. I was informed that cleanings were going to be a little further out, but they had a cancelation and I was able to come back. The office is very nice and the view from the exam rooms are beautiful. The staff is amazing! Down to earth and answered all questions. The physician's advice was very detailed and he made recommendations that best suit me. At no time did they up sale anything, and were very good about setting up next appts and cleaning. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have been to Pure Smiles twice for cleanings and so far the experience has been great. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They have a nice, clean office which makes me feel comfortable. The staff seem very knowledgeable and confident in what they are doing so I can relax (as much as possible) while getting a cleaning. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area.

This dentist office was nice, clean, and the staff is AMAZING! The hygienist, Pam, was VERY informative and gentle. She answered any questions I had and helped me to understand my teeth health a lot better. Dr. Patel was nice and friendly as well! No long waits so they get straight to the “ROOT” of things. I will highly recommend them to everyone!
