5 stars all day! Excellent staff from front to back. My hygienist, Pam, was amazing. I was really nervous about the feedback I was going to receive, but Pam was extremely kind and caring. Dr. Patel was also very kind and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Pure Smiles :)

I don’t like going to the dentist. However, I love going to see Dr. Patel and the staff at Pure Smiles Dentistry. They always go above and beyond to make sure your visit goes well. If you are looking for a caring staff who will take great care of your teeth look no further.

Finding a healthcare provider can be a difficult and time-consuming process, especially when it comes to something as personal as dental care. I found myself in the position of having to find a new dentist after my long-time provider retired, and I was worried that it would be difficult to find someone with whom I was comfortable. However, I am happy to report that my search was successful on the first try, thanks to the exceptional care provided by Dr. Patel and his team, which has now been further enhanced by the addition of Dr. Kellams. I am happy to report that I have been a loyal customer for over three years now.

In my experiences at the clinic, the waiting area was designed to prioritize the comfort of patients, with comfortable seating and a welcoming, homey décor. This initial impression of the clinic set the tone for the rest of my visit, instilling in me a sense of trust in the level of care and attention I would receive. The attention to creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for patients reflects the dedication of the staff to providing excellent patient care. This was further reinforced by the friendly and professional demeanor of the receptionists and office managers who greeted me upon my arrival at the front desk. Overall, the combination of a comfortable waiting area and the professionalism of the staff contributed to a positive experience at the clinic.

Pam, my regular hygienist, is outstanding and consistently demonstrates a high level of skill and professionalism in her work. She takes the time to clearly explain the various procedures and imaging techniques she uses during my cleanings and X-rays, ensuring that I am well-informed and comfortable throughout the appointments. But beyond her technical expertise, Pam truly cares about the well-being and comfort of her patients. She has gone above and beyond to provide small touches that make a big difference, such as installing bird feeders outside her office window so that patients can enjoy a bit of nature while in the dental chair. This kind and thoughtful gesture speaks to Pam's deep compassion for her patients and her commitment to providing a positive and relaxing experience for all. Overall, Pam is an invaluable asset to the clinic and an exceptional caregiver.

Dr. Patel is equally impressive, taking the time to listen to my questions and concerns and explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was attentive and genuinely caring, and I felt completely confident in his abilities as a dentist. My experience with Dr. Kellams has been equally excellent, and I have come to trust and rely on both providers for my dental healthcare needs. Dr. Patel and Dr. Kellams have consistently demonstrated a dedication to providing high quality, compassionate care, and I am grateful to have found a dental practice that values and prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its patients.

Dr. Patel and his staff are very thorough and always take great concern of my healthiness of my teeth. They never judge my poor choice in some maintenance such as daily flossing but instead provide great knowledge and and insights to the benefits and the how-to of daily flossing. The dental assistant even went as far to teach and show me the processes she performed on my dental visit so I had a clear understanding of my dental visit. Even the front staff are very friendly and patient. I love this place.

Pure Smiles is a great dental office! I’ve been going here for years and I recommend. Angelina is an outstanding hygienist and has recommended several products to me over the years that I found very helpful. She also does a wonderful job with my routine cleanings. Very nice staff throughout this practice.

The staff is always so kind and helpful. They create a relaxing visit every time I am there. They pay close attention to my comfort level and avoid pain at all costs. They have given extra time on more than one occasion to complete everything. Dr. Patel is kind, humorous and very skilled. He works quickly and utilizes his staff very well. I recommend this office to anyone no matter their comfort level with dental procedures.

My family including my two teenage daughters come to Pure Smiles Dentistry. Our other dentist office closed and patients were transferred over to them. We like the friendly atmosphere and the ease of making an appointment. I am never sitting for a long time to wait to be seen. I love the reminders for the appointments as it ensures that I do not miss them. Also, it is convenient that they have late weekday and Saturday appointments to meet the needs of individuals’ schedules. So far so good...I hope that doesn’t change😊.
