The first time I went, it was lovely. The hygienist was kind and explained what she was doing before she did it. However, on my second appointment, the hygienist was awful. She didn't tell me anything, constantly scraped my gums painfully with the tooth scraper, wouldn't let me hold the suction device, and to top it all off, she didn't floss my teeth! I didn't realize until I had left that part of a routine cleaning is flossing! I have braces so I need it even more! Overall, I'm disappointed. I know that I probably just got a bad apple, but i'm not happy.
