I have been seeing Dr Nick for over 10 years. Dr Nick and his staff are first class professional. I have never waited more then 10 mins for an appointment and he has always taken whatever time it takes to do the job right. I'll tell you one thing. Dr Nick has a special way of giving injections. I have seen many dentists in my sixty years and have had many injections. They always hurt until I met Dr Nick. You can't even feel it! I have had replacements, bridges and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Dr Nick and his staff to anyone I know. I wish I could give them ten stars

Very clean office taking all the precautions and the staff was so nice and professional! Kathy was so kind and welcoming and Lisa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while cleaning my teeth and as always Dr. Orza was very thorough in checking for potential issues.

I have hated going to the dentist my whole life! Dr Orza and his staff are amazing. Dr O is very professional and also personal. My first time in I told him “I don’t want to offend you, but I hate going to the dentist.” His reply caught me off guard. He said “You can’t offend me, we just met!” Then proceeded to sit down and chat with me for a few mins telling me his story.
I have had a bunch of work done in the first month with them (it’s been a long time). Dr O and his staff NEVER made be feel bad, talked down to me, or made me feel irresponsible, even though I had been. They have been great. Dr O has an amazing ability to balance fast and quality work.
If you are like me and hate going to the dentist but really need to go, look no further!

After four years of living elsewhere I recently returned to Roswell. I called my dentist office to discover Dr. Nick had sold his practice. I made an appointment anyway. Sure glad I did! Mostly new faces but just as nice and efficient as old crew. My hygienist Sheila is very fun too, helps the time go fast! Glad I came back here!

This place is scammy. They will tell you that you need procedures that you actually do not need - just to charge you top dollar. Everything here is very expensive and they will charge you more money any chance they can get. They offer "in-house" discount, which ends up being more expensive than the payment before the discount, because they make you pay a huge fee just to get "enrolled".
The hygienists are rude and do not communicate with you, they do not explain anything to you, and when you ask questions they get SNIPPY! They are happiest when you don't ask any questions at all and before you know it - they are about to start a procedure that is unneccessary and VERY COSTLY.
Went to another dentist for a second opinion because I was already very skeptical of this place doing the job right. And I was correct. They are a scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.
