This was one of the nicest dentist offices I have ever visited! The staff was amazing and they had a variety of comfort amenities for their patients including a tv on the ceiling with Netflix, massage chairs, neck pillows, weighted blankets, and hot lemon-scented towels. Truly an above and beyond service! 10/10 recommend!

I couldn't be happier to be a patient at Castlebury. I have had extensive dental work over the years, under the hands of some questionable dentists, so I know when someone is good and when they're not. It's scary to go to a new dentist and not know what you're getting. I started with Dr. Andrea last year and was uncertain how the practice would be.
Luckily, I found a great clinic. The building itself is clean and bright, with modern technology and lots of little perks like TVs, headphones, and massaging chairs. They'll give you a blanket if you're cold and a scented washcloth after your cleaning to wipe your hands and mouth.
Beyond the creature comforts, they do a good job. I think the cleanings are thorough. I have had a root canal, and it was as comfortable as the procedure could be. The crowns I've had them make have been well-seated, and my fillings have been fairly quick and they always triple check to make sure I'm numb enough and not in pain.
They offer their own "dental savings plan" so if you don't have insurance, you can pay a sum in advance for the year and then save on cleanings and procedures. While it's not cheap, it helps if you have to get some work done. They are great at explaining all the costs to you, as well as breaking down confusing bills if you need them to, and they can offer payment plans if you ask.
I really recommend Dr. Andrea Brown and my hygienist, Kristin, as well as the whole staff here. They make it easy to get an appointment and are a breeze to schedule with. Everyone smiles (under their masks, anyway) and makes you feel welcome in the office. If you're looking for a dentist, make sure to stop here.

I am incredibly impressed with Castlebury Dental, and look forward to using them long term! I was referred by a co-worker, and was deeply impressed by their professionalism and genuine concern. There was a mistake made when I booked my appointment, and they went so far above and beyond to make sure that they did everything within their power to get the care that I needed and wanted. They worked really hard to make sure I had a positive experience, and that I felt comfortable and at ease. They do what they can to with you financially, and have options for internal dental insurance, as well as financing and payment plans. Definitely recommend them!

Staff are professional and never let you feel uncomfortable. Dr. Haney won't ever let you down. She wants your mouth as healthy as it can be!

The staff was so nice and so helpful. I hated the dentist until I went to Castlebury. Melissa was so helpful and so nice and informative and her and Dr. Brown we're so easy on my teeth and gums. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Castlebury Dental for 4 years now and always find Dr. Jacob Brown and his staff to be very friendly. I always get right in and my hygienist is so nice. I would highly recommend this office if you are in need of a dentist.
