Growing up I never really had the best experiences when going to the dentist. So to say the least I was still a little nervous when going to my appointment here. But once I got into my dental suite Lily the assistant and
Dr. Brown eased any of the nervousness I had. I actually look forward to my cleanings now. 5 stars all the way 😊

I love Castlebury Dental! I’ve been a patient of theirs for a few years now and I am happy to commute from Meridian.
Their staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Brown is always efficient and helpful— I’ve never experienced long wait time nor had any issues rescheduling appointments.
The office is very modern— you even have the option of turning on the massage chair and watching Netflix during treatments!

I've been neglecting the dentist for a few years now, due to previous experience at other dentists. With a few trouble spots arising, I did some research online and not only found Castlebury had a great reputation and a vast amount of 4 and 5 star reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. The cleaning I received first was quick, thorough, and they were really attentive to my requests and goals for my teeth long term. The technology they have is all quite updated, and the 3D view of my entire mouth is really fun to see. They have been honest, understanding of my dental anxiety, and everyone there I've experienced has easily pulled my opinion and year-long avoidance of dentists to the other side of the scale. I feel more and more comfortable each time I come here. The massage chairs and netflix are just the cherry on top, but are immensely helpful when dealing with anxiety on the chair! If you're on the fence about dental work like I was, you should seriously come check Castlebury out!

I have been to different dentist offices all over the country...from Michigan to Northern California...and now to Idaho.
I have been to Castlebury Dental twice now. Once for a routine cleaning, and once for fillings..and I have to say, I was extremely impressed!
As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiling faces and a gift bag with lots of goodies. (Water, chapstick, hand sanitizer, and the usual toothbrush, tooth paste, floss, etc.)
When I got to the exam room, I was extremely excited to see the awesome technology they had! They had massage chairs, and monitors on the ceilings, so you could watch Netflix while they did your cleaning...and after the cleaning was done, I was given a warm mango scented face towel to clean my mouth and face! It was awesome! I was also impressed when I got my fillings. It was such a quick process, and I was more comfortable than I have even been getting cavities filled!

I was super impressed with Castlebury Dental! Seeing them, has honestly changed the way I feel about going to the dentist!
So I’d like to give a big “thank you” to Dr. Brown and his amazing staff!

Had my first appointment today! All the staff from the front desk to the exam rooms were very warm and welcoming. They were efficient, yet did a great job on my teeth. The massage chair was nice while they were cleaning my teeth. I liked this place a lot and will bring my family here!

Pain-free experience…. highly recommend!

Dr. Andrea Brown is fabulous & professional. The best dental experience I have ever had! I was so scared from previous experiences w/ other dentists to get shots before a filling, but when Dr. Andrea injected I couldn't even fill a thing! Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Ashley Sara today, 8/26. The visit was urgent due to pain. One could not ask for a more friendly and engaging person, the key point here is she is undeniably well versed in her craft and a very good diagnostician. She had gotten a hint of a second problem in the neighborhood and didn't until she'd identified it.
Her repair on the first issue was completed in what felt like record time.

Finally, the cherry on the cake she has a wicked sense of humor that left me laughing as I got off the chair! Now, how many times had that ever happened.

So, 5 Stars, maybe even a 6 somewhere.:)

Great dental office visit experience! WOW! What a friendly staff. I received a personal tour of the office prior to filling out any paperwork, or seeing the doctor, or hygienist. Upon completely the paperwork, I was escorted to my dental suite where I was offered a chair massage and TV to distract me from the dental procedure. However, no distraction was needed. Megan, my hygienist, did an amazing job. She was soooo gentle, personable, and made the experience fun. I'm 52 years old and this was the best teeth cleaning experience I have ever had-no kidding! I got home and immediately referred my sister and brother-in-law to this office. Thank you!

Knowing the current economic situation and the events leading up to it, going to the dentist was on a low priority for quite a while. I went to Castleberry Dental armed with every excuse of why I hadn't been to get my teeth checked and cleaned. The staff was accomodating and caring. I recieved a well planned and executed treatment along with an action plan going forward for the next year. I am once again confident that my teeth are in good shape and that puts a big smile on my face. I can't believe I am saying this, but I am looking forward to my next appointment. Lol!
