My molar broke in half on Saturday, it had a big filling in it! No pain but was very sharp and very painful on my tongue. On Sunday, I called the office expecting a recording of their Monday hours. I was surprised when Bea answered the phone. She was soooooo helpful!! Made me an appt for Monday morning and told me about a kit I could buy at Walgreens that might help make me more comfortable. It was beyond helpful! So thankful for the "after hours" help! No one answers the phone on Sunday!! But Bea at Elkins Dental does!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Bea, Dr E and all the staff at Elkins Dental!

The kindness the employees and the dentist shown me there was amazing. I felt so relaxed when I was there. I even believe my pain went away a little. And to top it all off, my dentist is a veteran. You couldn't be in better hands, and there is no one that I would rather give my money to to take care of me.

I typical don't like going to the dentist as a general rule but I really love this office. They are always on time so no waiting around for them to call you back. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. The hygienist don't try to scrape your gums of while cleaning. Dr. Elkins doesn't recommend work done that you don't need. I have had 2 cavities filled and he did a great job. My husband went to another dentist and was told he needed $2000+ worth of work done. It sounded like a scam so I had him get a second opinion with Dr. Elkins. They took x-rays and did an exam for free. It turns out he didn't need any work done. I'm very grateful for Dr. Elkins and his team! It's nice to have a reliable and honest dentistry team.

I LOVE going to the dentist here! They are always ready for me when I show up and I don’t have to wait more than a minute, maybe two. I also love that I get the same hygienist every time I go and we build a relationship. Most importantly she remembers me, my teeth and gums! And let me tell you, NOBODY fills a cavity faster or less painful than Dr. Elkins. As some one who had supernumerary teeth (an entire extra set of teeth!) I have been to a dentist office many times and Elkins dental by far exceeds my expectations!

This office is very clean and professional, but in my 3 visits there, the Dentist never sat me up to have a face to face conversation. Every time, I was lying way back and never got a good look at him or felt like he wanted to know anything about me. The cleanings are too fast and cursory; having spent 35 years as a dental hygienist myself, I know how long a cleaning should take and what it should feel like. I had 2 different hygienists on my 3 visits, and the first one was marginally OK, though really not as thorough as I wanted, and the 2nd one was not thorough at all. Even though the staff were friendly and professional and the office is beautiful, I can't recommend going to this dentist.

This was my first visit. Dr. Elkins and his staff were very nice, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Kalie did a really thorough and excellent job in cleaning my teeth. I will definitely be back.

From others experiences, I was told this was the place to go for great service and competitive prices. My expectations must have been to high.
After examining my teeth, I had to point out to the Dr. where the chip was. The hygienist commented on how white my teeth were. On my way out, I was asked if I wanted to schedule a teeth whitening as it was on special, but was NOT asked to schedule a chip repair. It was the end of the day, and I understand customer service exhaustion.
