I enjoy the staff there and that they are always very helpful and that when the next patient is ready then they will tell he/she to wait a few minutes. I also really like that they know your name when you walk in. Another great part about it is that they have an area for the kids to play in and to watch a show, also that while you're waiting for them to get to you or even while they are working on your teeth, instead of just looking up at the ceiling, they have a tv. where you can watch a show so that you have something to focus on. I would definitely recommend Elkins Dental.

I thought office employees were pretty nice, but if they would have asked for my insurance card # they would have known ahead of time that they didn't accept my insurance and wouldn't have wasted any of our time with making appt for me.

My elderly parent went here to get his first dentures. After multiple visits his teeth still do not fit. He paid a heafty amount to have new teeth. They look ridiculous on him. They are way to big and he says that they are uncomfortable. Hes been told to just wear them and get used to them. I feel terrible for him and wanted to make sure people were aware that the dentistry here is not all that it advertises.

very disappointed with robin the office manager, patient health is one of their last priorities. my husband had to call 3 times for his prescription which wasn’t called in till 4pm while he called at 9am, after the last call to their office they never called him back letting him know it was called in. i would NOT recommend this dental office.

Fantastic customer service. My dad was visiting from out of state and needed to be seen for a cracked tooth. We called on a Friday afternoon and they scheduled him same day!!! Staff is informative and friendly. Very impressed!

They did ok with the dental part but I paid in full the day of treatment and a month later he billed me 50.00 nobody called me to tell me anything about this so I have an issue. I paid over 700 the day of treatment I don't get this. Greedy.
