I absolutely hate the dentist, but coming in here has put me at ease. It was simple, Dr. Fuller was so sweet and caring to figure out what I needed done. I highly recommend them for anyone, but especially for the people who are not dentist fans.

I have been going to Dr. Anderson for years and they've always been great. Each member of the staff is friendly and a pleasure to talk to. They have prizes for the kids and cookies and coffee for the adults! If you are looking for a lifetime dentist, look no further you've found him!

Dr Anderson and staff has done many procedures to keep us dentally healthy over the years...crowns, implants, veneers, root canals, biannual cleanings, etc. The office is friendly and professional. We feel fortunate to have our dental care in such good hands.

Friendly reception and care. The hygienists and Doctor were careful to describe the procedures in full, and to check if I was doing ok. Billing was explained before any major procedures and the numbers provided were accurate. I would easily recommend the clinic to friends or family.

Brenda was a very thorough yet gentle hygienist. I always enjoy taking the time to have my teeth cleaned. The staff at Premier dental is fantastic.

I would NOT recommend this dentist office! Aside from the fact that I have permanent nerve damage on the roof of mouth from a "rubber dam" being put on incorrectly while having a root canal they tried fitting me for a mouth piece which didn't fit...... 4 times! After having 4 molds taken (slimy nasty stuff) 4 different times they still didn't do it correctly. Their response is "your teeth must be moving". Interestingly enough they had a temporary retainer made to wear in between all these being made and it still fits, so no my teeth didn't move they just didn't do their work properly. I asked for my money back for the piece since I never received a proper fitting one and they refused. They also didn't do anything for the nerve damage in my mouth in which I will be filing a malpractice suit against them for. This is NOT the first problem I had with them but after bringing my first problem to them they assured me they would make everything right and to just give them another chance... That was a mistake on my part... $6000 they suckered out of me for shotty work.

I cracked a tooth yesterday and I got a new dentist today, Dr Drake. I needed to be out of town this weekend and they got me in and my filling done same day. When I called in, the office/business person asked, “and do you have insurance?” I sheepishly answer, “nooooo, I don’t.” She didn’t skip a beat. “That’s no problem. We’ll see you at 10.”

I also really enjoyed the vibe of the building (90's alternative hits were playing on the overhead speakers) and the staff. They were chill and funny. I may get a little nervous for the dentist, but I don't need to be spoken to gently and sweetly. The Premier team didn't patronize or baby me. Tooth feels great and now I can go enjoy a concert tonight.

I've worked with Couch Dental Care for nearly 5 years now. I'm impressed with their focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction. I've got nothing bad to say about Couch Dental Care and can recommend them for Dental Services in Idaho Falls without reservation.

I had a cleaning done at Dr Andersons office and it was very pleasant and the hygienist was very gentle. I have had cleanings in the past where why tissue has been so sore and after my cleaning at premier dental I felt very comfortable!

Extremely friendly hygienists. Has a small play area with a tv for kids before appts which is great. I had to take my two year old with me and he sat on the chair while I had my exam. They were accommodating and had no problem helping him find games on his tablet when I couldn’t 😜
