I normally deal with Dr. Crank, but today I met Dr. Christensen. Very unhappy with my insurance, but that's not the dentist's fault. 6 months later I meet Dr. Brise(?) Who suggested I get a crown. But I always enjoy seeing Julia.
1/7/21 I don't know the dentist who say me today, and he didn't give his name. I'm very happy with the dentist office still unhappy with my dental insurance. I have an appointment for getting my crown and 2 cavities. I sill enjoy seeing Julia!

Such a calm, positive office. Office staff, technicians, hygienist, and dentists are all kind and good with kids. We’ve received great care and my young boys look forward to going (movies and prizes help!)

If you're a cash paying patient don't waste your time or money here! I made a appointment for them to fix my boyfriend's front tooth, I asked them twice just to clarify he would be getting the tooth fixed and a cleaning at the appointment and the receptionist said yes. But then at the appointment the dentist looked at his teeth for a second said yup it's broke but he didn't have time to fix it and ended the visit. We still had to pay $105 which was the quoted price for the cleaning and repair. And then they didn't even schedule to do what was supposed to be done in the first place.

They got me in and even got my filling done in under an hour, because they had an opening. Fantastic team always going back there.

Got there at 7:45 am like they told and no one was at the front desk. I waited five minutes before someone came out. Finally filler paperwork out and had to wait 30 minutes more for my appointment even though they "open" at 8 a.m. They had also allowed another woman in the back without any issues for her appointment even tho I was here fourty five minutes prior to her showing up. After that they tried to sell me into services I didn't need because I have amazing insurance. Finally got a second opinion from a dentist that knows what they are doing and doesn't treat people like CONSUMERS. GO TO TREASURE VALLEY DENTAL! Middle creel dental is a dump.

I will have to say that the first two visits were okay. The techs were nice and the dentist was easy to understand. But when I had an appointment scheduled for a certain date and have the appointment card to prove it, one of the rudest people I have ever delt with told me that I was wrong and that she was the one that scheduled my appointment. When I explained to her that I was holding the card in my hand that clearly has the date that I requested on it she told me I was wrong!!!
I don’t know, maybe she thinks I can’t read.
Hahahaha. Absolutely hands down one of the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I have ever been a part of.
If I could rate them a zero I would.
I will be requesting my records and moving to a dentist that employees friendly people and is better suited for my hard earned money.

The care and consideration that I was shown was phenomenal! I needed a tooth extracted and didn't have an appointment. They were able to get me in within an hour and a half and took great care with my situation. I will be using them again for sure!

Dr. C exhibits such compassion tempered with professionalism. He is very gentle and caring. I believe they got me in, in a timely manner, and even spent some extra time that had been planned to make sure all things were done well as needed. I really appreciate that

I moved to the Nampa, ID location in June 2018. I was looking for a new Dental office. My Dental Insurance recommendated Middle Creek Dental. I love this place!! Going to the dentist can be sometimes stressful. Not this time!! The staff and the Dentist where so friendly and professional. I'm going to make an appointment for my husband too!! This is my new Dental office!! I'm so excited I found them!! I have my next dental cleaning appointment already set up for June 2019!! Best experience ever!! Thank you!! My teeth are sparkling clean!! 😁👍
