At no time did your office staff sit down with me and discuss a payment plan. When I went in for the appointment I asked the lady if we could get this set up. She wasn't happy at all. Quickly went through and said this or this. I said can we do it by phases. She just said full amount today. Or you can reschedule. 😕
We had the appointment set up before I left that first visit. There was no issue with payments. My doctor called you and said you can't do that. So the appointment was cancelled and I called at a later time and rescheduled.

I haven't had to wait more than 2 minutes in the waiting room before they call me back for my appointment.
They also are very kind and work very well as a team.

After having a tooth extraction, I had to return with a little trouble. The Doc took a look and immediately offered to remedy it at no extra cost. Ive been in twice since with jaw problems and both times I was immediately tended to and welcomed back if issues persisted. In the 35 years Ive had dental care, this Doc has surpassed the rest! Even when I return in pain, I am always welcomed and a remedy is given.

This dentist office was very thorough in the exam and the dentist was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He was very confident which made me feel very comfortable and the hygienists were very general and thorough cleaning my teeth as well and were very reassuring.

They are so nice at Middlecreek Dental. And I have a big ole crush on Dr Crank, he is absolutely awesome. I was traumatised by several previous dentist's. I was very afraid when I went in the first time, so afraid that I gripped the arms of the chair so hard my hands hurt. Dr Crank took my fears seriously and he took his time, he talked to me the whole time, explaining things as he went and he made sure that I was comfortable. I love that he numb the area with a local before he used the syringe.
I will not go to another dentist. I am staying with Dr Crank. I wish I could clone him for all my other Dr needs. And he is super cute too. Lol
