My visit was great. I went in to find out my options to stop my teeth from shifting. Dr. Pulham took the time to go over several options and I was able to choose the best course of treatment. The techs, sorry I can't remember their names, were skillful. KC at check out had the insurance all ready and had me out of there in no time.

I highly recommend Nampa smiles. My kids have seen Dr. Justin for about 4 years and she's amazing. Definitely makes sure my kids are comfortable. The office staff are very accommodating. I had to cancel my Saturday appointment and they put me on the waiting list. They called me in less than 3 weeks with an opening. They got me right in with no issues.

I think the staff at Nampa Smiles are absolutely wonderful! I find their willingness to help so refreshing and in terms of value the cost of the services seems better than other places I've gone. My husband and I both go to Nampa smiles for our regular cleanings and we always have a great experience! The staff are friendly and professional, the office is clean, and the waiting room is very comfortable. My husband also had to have a procedure to clear up and abscess that he had, and they took such good care of him. Definitely recommend!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with enthusiasm and kindness by the women at the front desk. Following that, the dental hygienist, Vanessa, was friendly, caring, and respectful. Subsequently, Dr. Ryan Humbert presented in a pleasant manner and provided thoughtful care. At the end of my visit, all of my fees and insurance coverage was explained clearly to me as well as a nicely laid-out plan for further dental care. I could not be more thrilled with my experience and I am so glad I no longer have to fear going to the dentist!

The service at Nampa Smiles was great. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the staff was very friendly. My favorite part was that I got to watch TV on the ceiling during my teeth cleaning. I even got to pick what show I wanted to watch. Rachel was a great Dental Hygienist.

Great office, with many employees that have been with them for an extended tenure. I really like the cross training that they do with the employees. If someone needs some help they can quickly call in another employee to get things right. And they offer a membership plan in lieu of traditional "insurance" (my CIGNA plan was really only a procurement service). Prices are actually a little lower than agreed insurance prices; I compared them for a crown and the routine preventive treatments. There are three dentists to choose from so if one is not compatible you are free to try another. Great service, and they try to work with you financially here. This is one of the best managed offices I've ever experienced (I'm retired).
