I hate my teeth and am embarrassed of them. So when My tooth broke over the weekend I was dreading going in but they were able to get me in quick. I usually see Dr. Justin who is wonderful and so kind. This time I saw Dr. Willis let me tell you she was quick and very efficient. I didn't feel a thing. Now my tooth looks better than it has in a while! She was very kind even checking on my daughter while we were there! Great job Nampa Smiles we appreciate each and every one of you!.... we'll be patients for life!

I went to get a filing replaced that fell out. They got me in the same day I called them . I only had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting room and they got it filled quickly and with almost no pain. Great job!!

Scheduled a week in advance for a new patient appointment. Confirmed the appointment 2 different times, even had my insurance agent on the phone the second time. Went in this morning. Kim at the front desk said she couldn’t find my appointment. So I waited while she checked some things on the computer. Then she said I’m sorry but your not in our system, but we can TRY and squeeze you in at 1030. I replied with no, I will take my business elsewhere. I got a call from the front desk lead about 10-13 minutes later asking what happened. I explained the situation. She wanted me to go back at 10. I told her I already wasted enough time on them and fuel. I was not impressed with the way I was treated today. I won’t give my money or my insurances money to this office if that’s how they treat new patients. This issue showed me how they operate and I’m 100% glad that I didn’t give them any more of my time or fuel. I do not recommend going to this office if they are going to continue to treat people this way. I only gave 1 star because the front desk lead called and apologized. If they didn’t do that I wouldn’t have put any. I didn’t fight for this country to be disrespected like that. Worse than the VA.

I've been taking my family here since my son was young. The staff has always been friendly and professional. They are always eager to help with questions or concerns you may have. I also love the fact that the office doesn't feel overly clinical. The environment is very clean but feels homey and comfortable at the same time.
