I called and was fortunate to get a same day appointment for an old filling that fell out while visiting Pocatello from Alaska. They got me right in and were exceptional from start to finish and I even got a new beautiful crown same day with their 3D printing. Super cool! Extremely kind from the front desk to the back, and if I lived here I would most definitely make this my dental home. I would highly recommend this clinic. They had all the home town feels you want in a local dental office. 💛

This was my first visit at Portneuf Valley Dental. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and professional. I had my small kids with me and they were very accommodating so I could get my cleaning done. I had a fill in hygienist and she was great! And Dr. Higham is very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

My experience was terrible, I felt like the dentist was not listening to my concerns. I also paid my bill in full and received another bill after I paid almost $500. this is what was quoted to me per my insurance, then I got a bill later for over $200. I have never had any problems like this with this place when it was ran by the old staff under the name Dr. McHugh. I will be going somewhere else in the future. The only reason I gave it 2 stars, was because the dental hygienist tried to make me feel better and listened when I had a concern.

This was my first time to their office and overall I had a really good experience. The hygienist seemed very knowledgeable and experienced at her job. The doctor was professional and made sure to explain to me what he was looking at, why, and what his treatment recommendations were. I especially liked the images he took of my teeth and so I could visually see what he was talking about and what he would do to fix the issues.

A worthy successor to Dr. Michael. Had 11 teeth pulled and about as painless as could be. He was done quickly and just all around good experience with getting dentures. Come here for your dental needs. You won't be disappointed.
