Comfort Care Dental - Rexburg

I loved my experience here! Everyone in the office was friendly and personable. They make you feel comfortable and are very thorough in explaining anything you have a question about. I definitely recommend Comfort Care! I'll be going back!

Every time I come in, everyone i talk to is friendly and helpful. I always feel very comfortable (which is saying something at a dentist's office ;) and I feel like they always remember me. I would recommend to this office over any other!

Staff was very friendly. Office is very modern. The dentist, Dr. Hacking, was engaging and involved me in the process, explaining the x-rays, the problems and different options. Excellent!

I would recommend Dr. Hacking and Dr. Cannon to everyone, they are both fantastic dentists in Rexburg! I had a very difficult extraction that needed to be done. Dr. Hacking took extra care and time and proceeded slowly in order to preserve bone to place an implant. My tooth had fused to my bone, so he was very careful in his work. He was able to get it out without needing to refer me to an oral surgeon, and I will be able to have an implant placed due to his precision and care. I did not feel any pain throughout the entire procedure and he was very attentive to my needs. I was a little nervous, so he even told funny stories to help distract me during the procedure too.
I also had two crowns done by Dr. Cannon and had a great experience. I felt no pain at all during the procedure. He was mindful of my needs and made sure I was comfortable. He also answered all my questions and is very good at explaining treatment. Would definitely recommend him, fantastic dentist!

Comfort Care Dental is the BEST dental office around. The staff is always so friendly and takes good care of every patient that comes in. My experience has always been 10/10 every time I go in. :)

First visit today and I need a lot of work done. Everyone was very transparent and patient as they answered my questions. I was involved with every step of my plan and they were sensitive to my needs and requests. They truly cared about making sure I felt comfortable with everything!

Love love love them! Best dentist I have ever gone to. I've moved out of the area since I found them. It is now a 3 hour drive (one way) and I will drive the 3 hours for them. Dentistry by nature is invasive, especially when they're so far in your mouth you think your jaw will unhinge. Scraping and drilling and you know they know you haven't been brushing right, and you're afraid of that guilt trip you know is coming. But these guys are so gentle, and kind. I have never been lectured, and they will never judge you. They will do everything in their power to make you feel safe and comfortable.

Everyone was very kind! They answered all of my questions and helped me along the way. They really do care about what they do and their patients. They got me in and out with no problems. Fast and efficient, but also detailed. I know some people fear the pain of a dentist office but they were great. No pain at all. Jen was amazing and Dr. Hacking is the best.

Great first time experience! Staff so friendly and everything was done in under an hour! Jenny my hygienist was so nice and helpful! Would highly recommend if you want a dental office who truly cares!!

I have lived all over the country/world and this is the best dental care I have ever received!! My son first went to this office while he was going to school in Rexburg. He is terrified of the dentist! He was so happy with his experience here that I flew to Rexburg from Virginia to see Dr Hacking. Everyone in his office starting with the reception desk and continuing to the back are AWESOME! They are kind, knowledgable and have gone out of their way to help us out. My son and I are both having extensive work done here. I am choosing to continue to fly to Idaho just to go to the dentist. It is well worth the trip! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!
