Comfort Care Dental - Rexburg

I have had issues with previous dentists, so it takes a lot for me to actually go. Today I went in in to get some fillings, I was in and out within 20 minutes! Super fast and friendly staff! It really feels like they care about you when you go here and you’re not just another patient.

Everyone in the office is so friendly! I love that my kids feel comfortable and not scared to get things worked on or their teeth cleaned! They are good at explaining things and showing you what’s happening in your mouth. So happy with our experiences at Comfort Care Dental!

I had a GREAT experience here! I’m one that does not like new offices so I was very nervous. They were so nice letting my husband sit back there with me and explained everything to us. They were easy to communicate with and to get appointments quick! Highly recommend if you’re new to the Rexburg area.

I enjoyed my experience here very much! They gave me good advice without being condescending and were very upfront with billing which I appreciated.

I just went in on a separate visit than the one described above for a gum cleaning. The hygienist was awesome and very helpful. The staff answered all my questions and was very considerate and professional. I would 100% recommend this place. 5 stars!!!!!

I generally dislike going to the dentist as it makes me uncomfortable. However, I had some severe tooth pain and went here to figure out what was wrong. They got me in 2 hours after I initially called. They were all super nice and helpful, quickly took X-rays and gave me a diagnosis, took care of reaching out to a specialist, and gave me any prescriptions needed to dull the pain. I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10. Now I like going to the dentist, as long as it’s this place.

I had a toothache and they were able to see me the same day I called! It was my first time as well! Dr Bateman was awesome! Katie assisted him and she was so sweet & friendly. They both took care of my needs and now I'm able to sleep at night! :)

I loved my first visit at Comfort Care Dental! I was super nervous to go because I hate getting dental work done, but the friendly staff made my worries melt away. They helped ride me of my anxieties about getting my wosdome teeth out and helped me feel confident that I would be taken care of during that procedure. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and overall made me feel like I was very welcome there. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is nervous when getting dental work done, looking for a new dentist, or needs any dental work done. Wow! Just wow! I have had so many bad experiences with past dentists, so I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, but this entire staff was incredible. The hygienists were gentle, kind, and very pleasant to talk to .The dentist was very helpful and explained things in a very helpful and understandable way. Everyone was incredibly friendly and sweet. The office is a great design and I felt very comfortable! They have great financing options too!

I'm a little picky about feeling needles in my mouth or feeling any sort of pain - Comfort Care Dental did a good job of making sure I kind comfortable and at ease. They explained what was going on in an easy way to follow. They were also very friendly - I would recommend.

My family moved to the Rexburg area and started care with Comfort Care Dental and Dr. Bateman. They did an excellent job! They were very thorough with examining our teeth, cleaning and treatment plans. Our middle child had her first dental visit there and had a very positive experience. The staff were really friendly and made a special effort for her to have a positive experience at the dentist. If you are looking for a family dentist who is excellent with kids then go to Comfort Care Dental and ask for Dr. Bateman. He is charismatic, knowledgeable and strives to make his patients comfortable and understood.
