It has been my experience that the staff at Star Dental are NOT concerned with patient care. During one visit, the procedure was taking a little longer than expected and the dentist was clearly frustrated as he was suppose to leave early to attend a BSU game. Also on three separate occasion, a scheduled appointment was canceled because the Dr. decided at the last moment to take a vacation day. Sorry Dr., but what is more important to you?
They also are refusing to complete a procedure although the agreed upon payment arrangements have been met and continue to be met. I have half done dental work and they refuse to see me although they are receiving payments.
If patient care is a priority in what you look for in a dentist - LOOK ELSEWHERE
