Where to start… really everything is excellent. From the friendliest most helpful receptionist you will ever meet to the through, caring and kind dentist assistant and dentist. You will receive stellar care and leave actually knowing exactly what they did in your mouth. They take time to remind you by text and phone call of upcoming appointments as well as go over any future treatment plans. I see several doctors and Star dental has the best customer courtesy and service I’ve ever had! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

From the front desk to their very comfortable exam chair, you receive excellent care from Dr. Dial and his staff. They are friendly, caring and let you know exactly what they are doing. Their customer service skills are beyond 5 star. They remind you of your appointments through texts and e-mails, and are ready, willing and able to answer any questions you might have. I would recommend Star Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist and staff that do an excellent job and surround you in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. For those of us who are a little anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go.

Dr Carson Dial and Team is the best, recognizing our entire health profile and how it might effect our dental plan. Even though it’s tight to reschedule folks, Lisa and the team will do everything they can to accommodate your schedule. When you walk into Star Dental, you are welcomed with a smile and it feels as if you’re a long-standing friend or family member, not just a patient. If you’re feeling uncomfortable, they take their time and make sure you are fully ready for your procedure. Your comfort is top priority with Dr Dial. I live in Star and just barely started taking them to Star Dental.
The staff is very helpful and our new dentist is just as nice as their other dentist. I decided to switch when i first used Star Dental. I knew they would be in great hands there. Love them!!

Great service and patient care. Kind and caring Provider and staff. Positive attitudes are infectious! I was notified with a reminder text to confirm my appointment. I also received a reminder call. (I did forget and had to get the ok from work and then I confirmed my appointment) The Doctor and Staff were on time and available for my appointment. Dr. DIAL was focused on my care and I felt that he took time to make sure I was listened to and taken care of. 6 months prior to this visit I was advised to change my toothpaste and the type of toothbrush I was using...today's exam is the proof it worked! Thank you so much Star Dental team! Looking forward to the next visit.

There has never...not once...been a dentist that we actually look forward to coming in to see, but Dr. Dial and his staff have set the standard. He and his entire staff are absolutely amazing.
